β β β β β My father and I hired 2 bikes from Federico to cycle up Mt. Etna and return in one day.
The service was outstanding. From my initial email enquiry through to the day, in a very difficult year for tourism, Federico was always quick to reply and eager to help.
He opened up early and stayed late to ensure we could have a full day on the bikes. The bikes were brilliant, we were also provided with helmets, repair kits, spare inner tubes, cleats, etc. The full service for an incredibly reasonable price.
We managed to get to Etna, up and down it, take in the giro d'italia, and have a brilliant day, thanks so much Federico for your service.
Highly recommend.

β β β β β Best bike rental ever! I truly recommend to everyone! Guys are super friendly and helpful! We rent 2 bikes for 3 days, we get brand new trekking, fullequipped bikes, helmets, tools etc. We could leave our luggage, and give back bikes at Saturday, even though it's normally closed at weekends. Thank you once again! You made our trip! Wish you lots and only good costumers! ?ββ

β β β β β Wonderful bike shop with fantastic service. I bought a used bike here for a 6 week trip around Europe. The bike was old but the owners were incredibly helpful in inspecting it and making necessary repairs to make sure it was super safe and secure for a long journey. One of the brakes was squeaky and they fixed it very skillfully! The bike got me through my whole trip comfortably and with no squeaking. Incredible price for friendly and experienced service! Thank you so much to the folks at Zeronove.

β β β β β Very comfortable bikes in the "simple" version, every day traveled about 30km without any problems. The owners are very cool, they speak English so there is no problem with getting along with the details. Renting in the perspective of a few days pays off more because there are discounts with each subsequent day of rental. Recommend!
