★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In qualita' di proprietario di un appartamento nuovo di zecca, posto in affitto, pessima esperienza personale con un atteggiamento da parte del sig. F., tra l'altro consigliatomi da un architetto di mia fiducia, che ha privilegiato ad un certo punto la trattativa con una sua cliente, rispetto ad un altro candidato, sempre cliente dell'agenzia, in modo poco corretto. Serie di fandonie incredibili raccontate per supportare questa cliente (lascio all'agenzia raccontare quale sia il motivo), a scapito dell'altro. Poco da dire sulla professionalita'.....
As the owner of a brand new, rented flat, very bad personal experience with an attitude from Mr. F., among other things, advised me by an architect I trust, who at one point privileged the negotiation with one of his clients, compared to another candidate, always a client of the agency, in an incorrect way. Series of incredible nonsense told to support this client (I leave the agency to tell what the reason is), to the detriment of the other. Little to say about professionalism .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso contatto con l'Agenzia Solo Affitti Rimini 1 telefonicamente: una voce vivace e sveglia (quella della Titolare) mi ha risposto, con educazione e professionalità. Alle mie domande sull'immobile dell'annuncio che mi interessava, la Signora ha fornito tutti i dettagli in modo chiaro ed approfondito, fissando, poi, alla prima occasione utile e senza aspettare tempi biblici (come purtroppo spesso accade!), una visita. In quella occasione, ho avuto modo di conoscere il Sig. Fabio: persona garbata, paziente, puntale e professionale. Ho visto diversi appartamenti su Rimini con diverse agenzie, ma Solo Affitti Rimini 1 mi ha dato prova di essere la migliore! Non sono abituata a recensire, ma onestamente meritano una conferma pubblica dell'ottimo lavoro svolto.. hanno voglia di lavorare e sanno farlo bene! Li ringrazio molto e li consiglio a tutti!
I contacted the Rimini 1 Only Rentals Agency by telephone: a lively and alert voice (that of the Owner) answered me, with education and professionalism. To my questions on the property of the announcement that interested me, the Lady provided all the details in a clear and in-depth way, fixing, then, at the first useful opportunity and without waiting for biblical times (as unfortunately often happens!), A visit. On that occasion, I got to know Mr. Fabio: a polite, patient, punctual and professional person. I have seen several apartments in Rimini with different agencies, but Solo Noleggio Rimini 1 proved me to be the best! I'm not used to reviewing, but honestly they deserve a public confirmation of the excellent work done .. they want to work and they know how to do it well! Thank them very much and recommend them to everyone!
