Ho ricevuto una chiamata da una mediatrice che mi ha chiesto di concordare un appuntamento per visionare l’immobile da me richiesto, ma prima ha insistito che ci vedessimo in ufficio per fare un colloquio con il mediatore finanziario per creare un profilo acquirente. Ho specificato più volte che, per questioni lavorative, non avrei avuto molte opportunità per appuntamenti, perciò avrei accettato l’appuntamento in ufficio a condizione che mi garantisse che quel giorno avremmo anche visionato l’immobile. La risposta è stata “ non si preoccupi, dopo andremo a vedere l’immobile”. Inutile dire che abbiamo fatto il colloquio con il mediatore, ma appena terminato, un altro mediatore immobiliare è sopraggiunto dicendo che c’era stato un disguido e l’appuntamento era andato perso. La cosa incredibile è che la stessa cosa è successa esattamente un anno fa con un altro immobile e con la stessa agenzia. Mi spiace solo che la sfuriata non l’ha incassata la donna con cui avevo parlato. Unfortunately we have not yet been able to see a property with this agency. The incredible thing is that the same thing happened exactly one year ago with another property and with the same agency. I'm only sorry that the outburst was not taken by the woman I spoke to.

Ho trovato un team di persone che lavorano duramente per incrociare la vendita con l'acquisto dei propri clienti, non lasciandoli mai in situazioni di disagio (senza un tetto) Sono organizzati e si trovano prima dell'orario dell'apertura al pubblico per fare autoformazione e per scambiarsi i feedback su come dare un servizio più alto possibile ai propri clienti. Hanno una mission e una vision chiara di cosa stanno facendo e perchè lo sto facendo, soprattutto grazie ad una coppia di capitani favolosa (Edoardo ed Alessandro). Questo aspetto è molto utile sia per il team ma sopratutto per chi decidesse di vendere o comprare casa a Rimini.
