★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo diversi incontri e visite, ci convinciamo di una soluzione propostaci direttamente dall'agenzia. Effettuiamo diversi sopralluoghi e verifiche, tutto sembra filare liscio. Arriva il giorno della sottoscrizione dell'offerta e la titolare dell'agenzia si sincera più volte che da parte nostra ci sia volontà a procedere, sottolineando che "la serietà è un valore ormai sempre più raro".
Passano i giorni, la nostra offerta scade e non riceviamo alcun contatto. Due giorni dopo l'agenzia ci chiama dicendo che... Si erano sbagliati, l'appartamento non si poteva vendere perché ipotecato.
Aveva ragione la titolare, la serietà è un valore raro, e in questa agenzia è totalmente inesistente. Assolutamente sconsigliata.

The day of the signing of the offer arrives and the owner of the agency is sincere several times that we are willing to proceed, underlining that "seriousness is an increasingly rare value".
Days go by, our offer expires and we don't receive any contact. Two days later the agency calls us saying that ... They were wrong, the apartment could not be sold because it was mortgaged.
The owner was right, seriousness is a rare value, and in this agency it is totally non-existent. Absolutely not recommended.
