Solo spesso gli appartamenti non corrispondono alle tue esigenze e ti tratta come se tu fossi incontentabile facendoti capire che dovresti adattarti anche se sono topaie e ciò è inaccettabile The owner is very friendly on the phone and when you go to the agency offers you a range of apartments and makes you want to make the contract and then stare appointments with the owners. Qui si paga prima per avere uno schedario di proposte che non compaiono proprio per niente nel web. Sicuramente si risparmia tantissimo, per le proposte dipende dalla fortuna, se ci sono o no nn dipende dalle agenzie...Comunque ringrazio Alessandro per la sua professionalità e cortesia...Se cercate casa rivolgetevi pure a loro, consigliato... Qui funziona che all'inizio ti dicono ci sono 3 o 4 appartamenti da chiamare ok, poi paghi chiami i titolari ed arriva il bello cioè chi per un motivo o un altro alla fine non vedi NIENTE, poi fanno passare del tempo e con la scusa che non si ricordano chi sei (nonostante abbiamo fatto la scheda con tutte le caratteristiche che cerco casa e come dico io) ti dico eh ma è difficilissimo trovare casa e con il prezzo che vuole ecc ecc ecc poi ti dicono di aspettare e così PUOI DIRE ADDIO ALLA SOMMA VERSATA DA TE CON I TUOI SACRIFICI. ANCHE SE QUESTA RECENSIONE DIVENTERÀ VECCHIA LORO LAVORERANNO SEMPREEEE COSÌ. NON ANDATE E ABBIATE PAZIENZA E FIDUCIA. Non tutte le soluzioni erano disponibili e di quelle che la signora mi ha passato non sono riuscito a vederne nemmeno una chi per un motivo e chi per un altro, le chiedo ancora dei nuovi contatti e non ne ha ma per telefono mi diceva che gestiva 1200 immobili... Alla fine sono andato da una classica agenzia immobiliare e ho risolto... I only wasted my money and my time. Consiglio vivamente di non prendere contatti con questa agenzia!!!! C’è di meglio a Rimini I talked to Mrs. Bruna, grumpy and not at all professional. Trying to call no one ever answers the phone. I highly recommend not to contact this agency !!!! There is better in Rimini
