★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the only "real" agency of Turin, but sorry it was very bad.. if you don't speak Italian you'll have trouble getting through the process, but if there is only one positive point about the agency is that the ladie made effort speaking English even though it wasn't her language at all.
Thing that you should know before getting an apartment there: it is NOT because you gave the deposit + signed all the papers and contract + gave the IDs and work contracts that you are sure to have the flat. They put people in concurrence without telling us. So it can happen that 1 week after signing everything, you realize the Locatore said "no" to your application and chose the other one, and thus you don't have any appartement and didn't look for anything else. The agents are very bad, not so professional and not so polite.. I really had a bad experience there, and no flat in the end. It's very bad to treat foreigners like this, especially when we need to find a place as soon as possible...
