★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che alla fine purtroppo non abbiamo preso la casa, ma Valerio si è dimostrato un vero professionista, disponibile (abbiamo chiesto di rivedere la casa una seconda volta), trasparente e chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Terrò conto di questo in futuro se dovessi ricercare nuovamente un alloggio e consiglio vivamente di affidarsi a lui.
I state that in the end, unfortunately, we did not take the house, but Valerio proved to be a true professional, available (we asked to review the house a second time), transparent and clear in the explanations. I will take this into account in the future if I have to search for accommodation again and I highly recommend relying on him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei dire che anche con le migliori intenzioni,non riesco a parlare bene di queste pseudo agenzie.le signorine si vantano di essere in esclusiva con i proprietari degli immobili. Ma purtroppo non è vero. Parlando con diversi di loro,mi hanno garantito che non trattano con queste agenzie. Come funziona: presto detto... Queste pseudo agenzie vedono gli annunci dei privati,li contattano chiedendo loro se possono fargli pubblicità. Ovviamente il proprietario non paga niente, e ci sta volentieri pubblicità gratuita, anche se a dire il vero non ne hanno bisogno. .. visto che a Torino c'è un gran movimento. Ma queste pseudo agenzie chiedono a l'ingnaro disperato in cerca di casa 250 € anticipati solo per girargli i numeri di telefono degli eventuali immobili. Ovviamente appena chiami il proprietario ti dice l'ho già dato via . Questi contratti durano sei mesi . Ma è difficilissimo trovare una soluzione con loro. Un'altra cosa una di loro se non erro la signorina Sharon.. mi disse esplicitamente che loro sono in esclusiva con i proprietari. Ne ho parlato con avvocati, tutti sulla stessa direzione. Bisogna fare un esposto in procura.. a tutti voi che siete stati ingannati , fatevi coraggio e denunciate .fate in modo che cosa smettano di accadere.

But these pseudo agencies ask the desperate engineer looking for a house € 250 in advance just to give him the telephone numbers of any properties. Obviously as soon as you call the owner he tells you I've already given it away. These contracts last for six months. But it is very difficult to find a solution with them. Another thing one of them if I'm not mistaken Miss Sharon .. explicitly told me that they are exclusive with the owners. I've talked to lawyers about it, all in the same direction. We must make a statement in the prosecutor's office .. to all of you who have been deceived, take courage and report. Make sure what stops happening.
