Il Signore che ci lavora credo dovrebbe forse cambiare lavoro...non lavorare a contatto col pubblico di cuo è palesemente infastidito.
Sicuramente non ci metterò più piede...Trento è piena di agenzie di viaggio dove il personale è preparato professionale e gentile

I think the gentleman who works there should perhaps change his job ... not working in contact with the public as he is clearly annoyed.
I will certainly never set foot there again ... Trento is full of travel agencies where the staff is professional and polite
