Supplementi da pagare in loco che ci erano stati dati per "inclusi nel prezzo", poca informazione sui luoghi in cui ti consigliano di andare (dovevo essere nel centro del paese, a 5 minuti da tutto e non mi sarebbe dovuta mai servire la macchina... Ma nulla di tutto questo era vero.) quando poi ho chiamato per presentare i disguidi incontrati, l'operatore dell'agenzia di Trento "non mi sentiva più" e ha riattaccato. Professionalità, correttezza e assistenza pari a zero.
I had already traveled with this agency. but this time it really disappointed me. Supplements to be paid locally that were given to us for "included in the price", little information on the places where they advise you to go (I had to be in the center of the village, 5 minutes from everything and I should never have needed a car. .. But none of this was true.) When I then called to present the problems encountered, the operator of the Trento agency "couldn't hear me anymore" and hung up. Professionalism, fairness and assistance equal to zero.

We had a great time booking our dream vacation in this agency. We did not find any "bad" surprise on the spot, indeed the reality exceeded our expectations. The availability and kindness of the travel agent has certainly conditioned our choice on the agency to which we can rely. for future vacations?
