★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da evitare ho comprato in questo negozio un paio di occhiali da sole dopo poco ho riscontrato un difetto ad una stecca mi reco in uno dei tre negozi a Venezia e la commessa mi dice che lei non poteva cambiarli perché dovevo andare nel negozio dove li avevo comprati e non solo ma anche dalla stessa ragazza mai capitato essendo poi una catena be allora cerco il negozio dove li avevo comprati trovo la commessa ma non riescono a sistemarli costatando il difetto vedono se c’è ne sono altri ma niente chiamano gli altri 2 negozi nessuno li aveva non trovano nessuna soluzione alternativa tranne quella che mi avrebbero chiamato ma d’allora tutto tace ha in tutto questo gli occhiali erano quelli a marchio loro.Mai più Solaris

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disonesti, purtroppo sono caduta nella trappola ho comperato un occhiale Dior pagato 260 euro scontato intero costava 310, in sito internet costa 180, poi ho ricevuto un buono di 50 euro da usufruire su un secondo paio di occhiali,prezzo iniziale 200 euro,con sconto pagato 150, sul sito internet stesso occhiale costava 150 senza sconto...... disonesti è un termine troppo gentile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GARANZIA FASULLA, OCCHIALI VENDUTI NON COPERTI DA GARANZIA. un anno fa ho comprato in questo punto vendita un occhiale gucci. Dopo 10 mesi mi si rompe un asta e chiedo qualche ricambio. Vengo informato dalla stessa commessa che me lo aveva venduto che l'occhiale era già fuori garanzia. Chiedo informazioni in altre ottiche e vengo a sapere che il mio occhiale spacciato come nuova collezione era vecchio di 5 anni e prodotto da un'altra azienda, tutti i ricambi quindi erano impossobili da reperire. 200€ BUTTATI NEL CESSO
FASULA WARRANTY, SOLD GLASSES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY. a year ago I bought a gucci eyewear at this point of sale. After 10 months I break an auction and ask for some spare parts. I am informed by the same saleswoman who had sold it to me that the glasses were already out of warranty.
