I had my glasses splitted in two parts because of the fixing being defective, and within one hour it was repaired for only 5€... I felt happily like I was not a tourist "full of money", as one could think when you're in Venezia !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady (I guess she is the owner of the store) in the store was very nice. Though we were not customer for new glasses but just dropped by for fixing broken glasses. She greeted us with big smile and fixed my sunglasses. It only cost 2 euros. She was one of the most nice person I met in Italy. Grazie. Sunglasses in the store was also nice and gorgeous. I totally recommend this store with guarantee that it will be pleasant to shop at here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw very small scratches on my new glasses (exhibition piece), bought at "Ducale Sic Optics" on the way back to Austria, after passing the border.
The sales team of Ducale Optics made an effort and sent me new glasses (inlets) from Venecia to Vienna. They were very sorry about the issue. Mail traffic was uncomplicated and the whole handling of complainant was comfortable and serious. Some problems like this might happen, but they reacted very professional and customer-friendly!! Thank you.
PS The atmosphere in the shop was very good, the advice was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived in Venice with seriously bent titanium framed glasses after a travel "miss-hap". I read the excellent reviews and took them in to see if they could be repaired. The optician took his time and did a marvellous job with what I feared was a lost cause. Excellent service and expertise with expensive and difficult frames. Thank you for saving my vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman who runs this shop is very knowledgeable and helpful. She also speaks good English, so communication was easy. I had broken one of the arms on my eyeglasses, and she found a matching set of arms and replaced them for only €20. I also decided to buy a backup pair of glasses. She measured my prescription, and the next day I returned to pick up a new pair of glasses that cost only half of what I had paid for my last pair in the US. I am very happy with the terrific service and value I encountered at this store!
