★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella solo perché non posso dare di meno..la segreteria é praticamente inesistente.
Per prenotare una visita urgente dal mio medico di base ho dovuto fare tre giorni di tentativi perché non risponde nessuno oppure é sempre occupato ( e ancora non sono riuscito ad avere la visita)
 One star just because I can't give less… the secretariat is practically non-existent.
To book an urgent visit to my general practitioner I had to try three days because no one answers or is always busy (and I still haven't been able to get the visit)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo trequarti d'ora al telefono 'in attesa di essere trasferiti' e 'l'utente chiamato è occupato' la persona comune, anche la più paziente demorde!!!
figuratevi gli anziani e chi ha importanti problemi di salute.
che dire: andate direttamente in ambulatorio.
nonostante l'impegno di alcuni operatori non si riesce ad avere un'assistenza adeguata e rapida comei si aspetterebbe chi sta male tanto da ricorrere al medico.

ma come si fa a formulare una diagnosi senza aver visto 'de visu' il paziente e sulla base di una soggettiva riferita sintomatologia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da mezzogiorno che provo a contattare lo studio per prendere un “cavolo” di appuntamento! Le mail manco le guardano! E nessuno NESSUNO che risponde al telefono! Attesa interminabile…sconsiglio vivamente la scelta di qualsiasi dottore all’interno di questo studio medico dato che sarà impossibile prendere appuntamento!
From noon I've been trying to contact the studio to make an appointment "damn"! The mails do not even look at them! And nobody NOBODY answering the phone! Interminable waiting ... I strongly advise against choosing any doctor within this medical office as it will be impossible to make an appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per giorni chiamo i due numeri e non risponde nessuno, passo lì davanti e mi dicono con tono poco simpatico che NON HA SENSO TELEFONARE perchè faccio prima a mandare un'email (ma robe da pazzi).
Successivamente mando un'email e dopo 4 giorni lavorativi non ricevo NESSUNA risposta.
Si tratta di salute dovete solo VERGOGNARVI!!!!
For days I call the two numbers and nobody answers, I pass by and they tell me in an unpleasant tone that IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO PHONE because I send an email first (but crazy stuff).
Then I send an email and after 4 working days I don't receive ANY reply.
It's about health you just have to SHAME !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo che si rimanga in attesa oltre 25 minuti solo per accedere alla segreteria. Da quando hanno inserito la segreteria al telefono e il digitare l'interno, non si riesce più a comunicare con nessuno. Peggio di prima. Pessimo servizio, trattandosi di medicina poi...lasciamo perdere. Affidarsi alla provvidenza
