Ho trovato un piccolo cartello ad avvisare che il servizio era momentaneamente sospeso. Siamo nel 2020, forse sarebbe stato opportuno comunicare anche tramite il sito. Non ci siamo. E	Eleonora Zanovello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza con bambina e prelievi da non ripetere, un ora per accettazione(nonostante avessi mandato una settimana prima le ricette per chiedere che tutto fosse ok e non stare troppo li visto anche periodo covid), la segretaria ha sbagliato: le etichette delle provette e mi ha chiesto di rifare le ricette solo in quel momento nonostante le avesse in mano da una settimana se no non avrebbero preso tutti gli esami ma solo alcuni.. (ho dovuto chiamare e contattare all'ultimo pediatra e trovare una soluzione).E dopo dieci giorni mia figlia di 7 anni ha dovuto fare il 2°prelievo perchè la scusa era che il sangue prelevato non era bastato...le avavevano tolto tante provette e vanno in base alle prescrizioni che erano tutte corrette prima volta che mi capita in tanti anni di prelievi e se ne sono accorti solo dopo che dovevo già avere i referti e li ho chiamati perchè non arrivavano..la segretaria aveva fatto errori anche qui... e nemmeno ha chiesto scusa anzi. quasi un mese e due prelievi per avere degli esami che in ospedale avremmo fatto e ricevuto in 10 giorni senza dover far "ribucare" la bimba per errore di altri. l'infermiera brava e delicata ma per il resto mai più! experience with a child and samples not to be repeated, one hour for acceptance (despite having sent the recipes a week before to ask for everything to be ok and not to stay too long, also saw the covid period), the secretary made a mistake: the labels of the test tubes and me he asked to redo the recipes only at that moment despite having them in his hand for a week, otherwise they would not have taken all the exams but only some .. Il giorno dell'esame un'ora e mezza di attesa in piena emergenza covid in più di nuovo una ricetta non andava bene e nuova corsa dalla pediatra, ieri, dopo dieci giorni dal prelievo, la chiamata che per errore hanno prelevato meno sangue di quanto occorrente e dovremo portare la bambina per un nuovo prelievo a causa di un loro errore.
