β β β β β Struttura non piu'come anni fa.
Una mia parente e'stata ricoverata per depressione maggiore.
E'stata abbandonata a se stessa,in'un mese si e'lavata solo 4 volte,quando andava la figlia una volta la settimana perche'lontana dalla clinica.
Le persone depresse vanno stimolate,sarebbe bastato dire ,ogni mattina o il pomeriggio,signora e il momento dell'igiene personale si sarebbe lavata,in modo autonomo senza aiuto.
Quando la figlia ha fatto presente ad una infermiera che sua madre non si lavava,ha detto con toni non garbati,guada che non la possiamo costringere.
Se fai con passione il tuo lavoro, bastava essere gentile e ricordarle di fare la doccia,evidentemente vai li solo x portare lo stipendio a casa.
Poi non vi dico le docce,acqua che fuoriusciva fino al corridoio della stanza nonostante gli asciugamani messi per terra,docce per niente idonee.
Cibo lasciamo stare.
Cure non complete,secondo loro andava bene cosi.
Di positivo cerano solo le attivita'e il personale gentile, non menefreghisti come gli infermiere/i.
La figlia al momento delle dimissioni ha parlato con la caposala persona gentile,che ha detto di essere molto dispiaciuta x quanto accaduto,e che potevano presentare un esposto.
Se avrebbe saputo prima avrebbe informato immediatamente la capo sala ,e ci sarebbero stati provvedimenti.
I pazienti vanno seguiti.
Ora la signora a casa sua si lava tutti i giorni,e sicuramente la sua doccia e molto piu'comoda di una che allaga tutta la stanza.
Mai piu'non consiglio questa struttura.

Food we leave alone.
Incomplete treatment, in their opinion it was fine.
On the positive side, only the activities and the friendly staff are looking for, not carers like nurses.
At the time of her resignation, the daughter spoke with the kind person head nurse, who said she was very sorry for what had happened, and that they could present a complaint.
If he knew earlier, he would immediately inform the head of the room, and there would be measures.
Patients should be followed.
Now the lady in her house washes every day, and certainly her shower is much more comfortable than one that floods the whole room.
I never recommend this facility again.

β β β β β Buongiorno a tutti, abbiamo ricoverato mio suocero in condizioni drammatiche in stato di depressione fortissima, nessuno della famiglia pensava che si fosse ripreso! Anche il 50% era un sogno, invece dopo 30gg devo dire che tutti noi siamo rimasti "stupiti"mrglio di prima!!! ovviamente la struttura e molto bella e si percepisce subito la professionalita del personale tutti molto cortesi e disponibili ,non ci credo ancora, e fidatevi che non ho nessun interesse a scrivere questa recensione ,
Mio suocero Δ entrato quasi non autosufficente (veniva imboccato da me e da mia suocera lm, la mattina lo trovavamo sul pavimemto in stato di delirio, d dopo 30 gg il giorno che e stato dimesso e tornato a casa ha preso la macchina ed Γ© andato a fare la spesa al centro commerciale come non faceva da mesi (78 anni) ad oggi che vi scrivo dopo 10 gg Γ© completamente ripreso (vi giuro che ancora non ci credo!!!! Un miracolo!!!! )grazie """"infinite a tutti i medici, psichiatri ,psicologi,educatori, e soprattutto alle suore! Splendide persone che fanno un lavoro difficile ma stratosferico!""""
Non finiro mai di ringraziarvi a nome mio! Ma soprattutto di tutta la mia famiglia!!! E di gianfranco che con la vs professionalita e cura avete permesso di tornare a vivere una vita piu che dignitosa!

β β β β β Sono stata ricoverata a gennaio per stato ansioso depressivo li ho trovato la dottssa diaffera psichiatra e la dott sa carminati psicologa che mi hanno seguita constantemente ...splendide senza di loro non ce l avreimai fatta. Li e' come stare in famiglia sono tutti tuttimolto bravi.... Os ,infermieri, dottori, c e la suora miranda che e' brava e simpatica. L infemiera luna un ' esplosione di energia la mia educatrice nadia meravigliosa sonp nate anche delle belle amicizie tra pazienti ....rimarranno tuttinel mio cuore ringrazio infinitamente per tutto quello chehanno fatto per me grazie grazie ....

Dovevo pregare per poter parlare con pseudo dottori che non sapevano mai cosa dire dato che,cambiando ogni 7 giorni non riuscivano obiettivamente a capire nemmeno quale fosse il problema e come affrontarlo. Auguro ai futuri pazienti miglior fortuna. Se tenete ai vostri cari valutate un altra struttura. Consiglio di cuore

β β β β β Non pensavo che potesse esistere un Struttura per Anziani cosΓ¬ organizzata , efficiente e con del Personale cosΓ¬ umano e disponibile : dalla portineria ai reparti ho incontrato solo Persone di una gentilezza squisita , per non parlare di Medici ed Infermiere . Davvero la mia cara Mamma Γ¨ stata assistita in modo affettuoso e di Γ¨ spenta tra Angeli .

I did not think that there could be such an organized, efficient structure for the elderly with such human and helpful staff: from the concierge to the wards I met only people of exquisite kindness, not to mention doctors and nurses. Truly my dear Mum has been assisted in an affectionate way and she is turned off among Angels.
