E in più sono persone gentili, disponibili e simpatiche! Nel piccolo e grazioso punto vendita sono presenti anche altri prodotti di prima necessità: salame, cicciole (snack di grasso di maiale ?), ecc. Assaggiando la caciotta mi sono venute le lacrime da quanto buona era (trasmetteva il benessere delle vacche e l'amore che è stato messo nella produzione del prodotto - che finora mi è successo poche volte). Adesso che li abbiamo scoperti penso che andremo anche a trovarli e non si libereranno più facilmente di noi. We discovered them by chance at the local market of Mantova Borgochiesanuova.
