E ancora non si vede la fine. Incredibile, mai più acquisterò prodotti di questa azienda e sicuramente non spenderò buone parole a chi mi chiederà consiglio. Beskrajna čekanja na istovaru iako sam prvi dosao...svi idu preko reda..haos i anarhija. Tu jedinu zvezdicu sam ostavio zbog parkinga gde moze da se spava i wc-a u samoj firmi koji je uredan i čist Disaster. Unkind and illiterate people on the application form who do not know any language other than Italian. Endless waits for unloading, even though I came first ... everyone is going across the line ... chaos and anarchy. I left that only star because of the parking lot where you can sleep and the toilet in the company itself which is neat and clean
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a SMEG sink, stainless steel. But after a couple of days, it rusted on the middle of the sink, on the separator which divides the sink in two bowls. I had a hell to ask the supplier to change it. With the same model, it rusted again, even more quickly. They had several exlplanations to justify this even the one which consisted in blaming the client to use acid chemicals on the sink or store below the sink! A shame and it is false, I didn't store anything under the sink and I used only eco friendly soap!!. It resulted that SMEG doesn't consider replacing their rusty sink. First there is an infringement of the client's rights under European Directive 1999/44/EC: "all consumers purchasing goods in any E.U. Member State are entitled to a set of rights. The consumer’s basic right is to have a product replaced, repaired, or to have a refund or reduction in price for any fault in the product that he was not made aware of at the time of purchase." Second, SMEG who refuses to refund or replace the sink by blaming the client shows that SMEG is not a professional company and acts totally illegally. I will never buy again SMEG and I hope my review will help for those who hesitate to buy this brand. SMEG doesn't care about his clients and behave like WORLDWILDE CHEATS with poor quality products. To be banned.
