★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto dei problemi al nostro veicolo ( Gomma buca ) non riuscendo a smontare il cerchio abbiamo chiesto assistenza e tempestivamente ci è stata fornita. La persona che ci ha assistito è stata gentilissima consiglio vivamente per qualsiasi intervento.
Ps. l'intervento è stato svolto domenica mattina.
 We had problems with our vehicle (Gomma buca), unable to remove the rim, we asked for assistance and it was promptly provided. The person who assisted us was very kind I highly recommend for any intervention.
Ps. the intervention was carried out on Sunday morning.

Sono stati gentilissimi, professionali e pieni di attenzioni mentre pagavo il salatissimo prezzo della rimoziobe. Dovessi avere problemi meccanici/carrozzeria chiederei a loro un preventivo.
E (spero mai) dovessi rimanere in panne, lu chiamerei per portare via la macchina.
My poorly parked car was taken away. BUT!
They were very kind, professional and full of attention while I paid the salty price of the remover. Should I have mechanical / bodywork problems I would ask them for a quote.
And (I hope never) if I had to break down, I would call him to take the car away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora ecco la mia esperienza. Frizione rotta, automobile in panne in una via che dir poco trafficata è un eufemismo. Arrivati con quasi 2h di ritardo rispetto quanto preventivato da Europ Assistance. Tirato giù il pianale del carro attrezzi, anzichè usare l'argano, l'operatore ha in tutta fretta caricato la macchina agendo sul motorino di avviamento con l'automobile in prima, e con molteplici balzi in avanti l'ha posizionata sul pianale.
Non ho apprezzato.
Edit. vista la replica, affermo sotto mia responsabilità che non mi sognerei di denigrare qualcuno per il gusto di farlo e non mi piace che mi diate del bugiardo.
So here's my experience. Broken clutch, broken down car in a street that is, to say the least, busy is an understatement. Arrived almost 2 hours later than what was estimated by Europ Assistance. Having pulled down the tow truck bed, instead of using the winch, the operator hastily loaded the machine by acting on the starter motor with the car in first gear, and with multiple leaps forward positioned it on the platform.
I didn't appreciate it.
Edit. having regard to the reply, I affirm under my responsibility that I would not dream of denigrating someone for the sake of it and I do not like that you call me a liar.
