Da un esperto ti aspetti buoni consigli e invece ne ricevi di pessimi che ti costringono a rifare, presso altri, alcuni lavori, il tutto unito ad una difficoltà di pianificare gli appuntamenti. Ma ripeto, un professionista non deve fornire consigli che peggiorano la situazione.
The price / quality ratio was very disappointing, this was also said by other people who evaluated the work done. From an expert you expect good advice and instead you get bad ones that force you to redo some jobs with others, all combined with a difficulty in scheduling appointments. But again, a professional doesn't have to provide advice that makes matters worse.

Polite and extremely available Walter and his assistant. He was the only one who wanted me to do a bit of a tough job on a folding door, in one day too. Quick but careful, he also fixed a few things here and there for free. Recommended ?
