★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho inviato la richiesta di un preventivo per un trasloco non solo non hanno nemmeno inviato un preventivo. Non avendo avuto notizie li ho richiamati hanno risposto che avrebbero controllato la mail di richiesta preventivo da me inviata e mi avrebbero richiamato dopo un quarto d'ora. Non li ho più sentiti. Pessimo modo di fare, per nulla professionale.

I have sent a request for a quote for a move not only have not even sent a quote. Having had no news, I called them back and they replied that they would check the email requesting estimate sent by me and they would call me back after a quarter of an hour. I haven't heard from them again. Bad way, not professional at all.
I will certainly not contact them again in the future and I will advise against it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ORE 10, ospedale Burlo Garofalo, mi accingo ad uscire dalla struttura ospedaliera con lo scooter, davanti a me c'è un camion dell'Allegretto Traslochi... arriviamo in un punto dove la strada è stretta, il camion si ferma, esce il guidatore e apre il portello per scaricare/caricare... gli chiedo gentilmente se poteva andare leggermente in avanti così da potermi permettere di andare via (bastavano 3 metri in avanti in quanto c'è un piazzale dove non avrebbe bloccato nessuno)...la sua risposta è stata " NO!!! TE VA DALL'ALTRA PARTE"....peccato che l'altra uscita sia chiusa a causa asfaltatura..... per uscire dalla struttura ospedaliera quindi devo andare in contromano per tutta la strada e uscire dall'entrata con le auto che mi venivano di fronte.... fortunatamente io con lo scooter sono uscito in qualche modo, non oso immaginare le 5/6 auto che ho incontrato andando contro mano...probabile siano ancora lì ad aspettare a causa di una persona molto maleducata.... bastava veramente spostare il camion di 3 metri...non 100...3..... complimenti al guidatore e alla sua maleducazione
10 AM, Burlo Garofalo hospital, I am about to leave the hospital with the scooter, in front of me there is a truck from Allegretto Traslochi ... we arrive at a point where the road is narrow, the truck stops, the driver and opens the hatch to unload / load ... I ask him kindly if he could go slightly forward so that I can allow me to go away (3 meters forward was enough as there is a square where he would not have blocked anyone) ... his answer was "NO !!! YOU GO THE OTHER SIDE" .... pity that the other exit is closed due to asphalting ..... to leave the hospital so I have to go in the wrong direction for the whole road and exit the entrance with the cars that came in front of me .... luckily I went out with the scooter in some way, I don't dare to imagine the 5/6 cars I met going against hand ... they are probably still there to wait because of a very rude person .... just really move the 3 meter truck ... not 100 ... 3 ..... congratulations to the driver and his rudeness
