Quando mi hanno riconsegnato i mobili presentavano evidenti segni di danneggiamento, nello specifico un letto in pelle era russato, pulendo mi sono accorta che un piede dello stesso letto era piegato ed il materasso, che era come nuovo quando gliel'ho affidato, ora è pressochè inutilizzabile. Quando mi sono lamentata dei danni mi è stato risposto che non avevo sottoscritto l'assicurazione per cui non potevano risarcirmi. Con quello che ho pagato di trasporto e deposito potevo comprarmi una camera nuova e la prossima volta farò così. Non consiglio?
Dear and little care of things. When they returned the furniture, they showed evident signs of damage, specifically a leather bed was snored, cleaning I realized that one foot of the same bed was folded and the mattress, which was like new when I entrusted it to him, is now almost unusable. When I complained about the damage I was told that I had not taken out the insurance so they could not compensate me. With what I paid for transport and deposit I could buy a new room and next time I will do so. I don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo usufruito dei loro servizi per in trasloco dalla nostra casa ai loro magazzini a giugno 2020, e successivamente dai loro magazzini alla nuova casa a dicembre 2021. Le prime 4 foto riguardano i danni a un armadio causati da un loro dipendente: una folata di vento (entrata dalla finestra aperta da lui) ha fatto cadere dei pezzi e li ha rotti. La parte peggiore di questa storia è che, quando sono accorsa per vedere che era successo, la maggior parte dei danni non mi sono stati comunicati (le parti rotte erano state coperte con altre parti) e me ne sono accorta solo successivamente. La ditta, quando ho chiesto come intendevano procedere, ha risposto solamente che l'assicurazione non copriva questi danni. L'ultima foto riguarda un danno di cui mi sono accorta alla riconsegna dei mobili: ho mandato subito una mail all'azienda, a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta
We used their services to move from our home to their warehouses in June 2020, and then from their warehouses to their new home in December 2021. The first 4 photos are of damage to a closet caused by one of their employees: a gust of wind (entered through the window he opened) dropped pieces and broke them. The worst part of this story is that, when I rushed to see what had happened, most of the damage was not reported to me (the broken parts were covered with other parts) and I only realized it later. The company, when I asked how they intended to proceed, only replied that the insurance did not cover these damages. The last photo concerns a damage that I noticed when returning the furniture: I immediately sent an email to the company, to which I never received an answer.
