Il 30% del valore dell'ordine non corrispondeva per qualità del prodotto. Non veniamo aggiornati sulla situazione ma dobbiamo recarci settimanalmente per chiedere informazioni perché è difficile il contatto telefonico.
Worst shopping experience ever. Four months after the order I am still waiting to receive material that has been returned because it is not compliant. 30% of the order value did not match for product quality. We are not updated on the situation but we have to go weekly to ask for information because telephone contact is difficult.

La signora Valentina è molto paziente e ottima nel consigliare il cliente. Pure il servizio post vendita è decisamente valido, anche per clienti esigenti. Raccomando senza riserve.
Excellent shop for furniture and building materials in general. I redid the bathroom with them and other jobs, and I always felt very comfortable. Mrs. Valentina is very patient and excellent in advising the customer. The after-sales service is also very good, even for demanding customers. I recommend without reservations.
