★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da una settimana chiedo un servizio di assistenza e tramite colloquio telefonico con il Vs responsabile dei servizi avevo conferma di vostra disponibilità, la frase era la seguente "10 minuti e ti richiamo, ti aiuto sennò ti do 2 numeri che ti aiutano di sicuro" per poi scomparire..
Bastava essere chiari e dire no dalla prima chiamata invece di garantire il servizio.. Io gestisco la maggior parte dei traslochi in salita dalla Calabria e molti servizi dalla Sicilia.. non chiederò mai più la vostra assistenza (dal vostro comportamento deduco che non avete bisogno però questo comportamento è scorretto verso colleghi in difficoltà).
For a week I have been asking for an assistance service and through a telephone interview with your service manager I had confirmation of your availability, the sentence was the following "10 minutes and I'll call you back, I'll help you otherwise I'll give you 2 numbers that will help you for sure" to then disappear ..
It was enough to be clear and say no from the first call instead of guaranteeing the service .. I manage most of the uphill removals from Calabria and many services from Sicily .. I will never ask for your assistance again (from your behavior I deduce that you do not need however this behavior is incorrect towards colleagues in difficulty).
