★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrati negli uffici della Trieste trasporti alle 8.40 e ne sono uscito alle 10.20. Davanti a me solo 3 persone. Uno sportello unico aperto e l'addetto assente per una pausa ingiustificata. L'addetto è stato poi redarguito dalla responsabile. Non voglio esprimere giudizi, mi limito alla cronaca
 They entered the Trieste transport offices at 8.40 am and left at 10.20 am. In front of me only 3 people. A one-stop shop open and the attendant absent for an unjustified break. The assistant was then rebuked by the manager. I do not want to express judgments, I limit myself to the news

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful, this company is disaster!!!!. Controllers are so so so rude!!! Couple days ago one of them was pushing my mother and manipulating with her ID to make her scared. They are very arogant, disgusting with tourists and they will try to punish you at least 70e. Please be careful, I can tell about guys with these identification numbers Denis 1561 and other one 1646. They don't speak English, they don't communicate just pushing women. So humiliating!!! Do you know that feeling when someone is watching a person suffering and he is enjoying picture that he sees and feeling powerful? That was my situation with Denis. We don't recommend to any tourist to use bus from this company!!! Obviously their politics is to take as much as possible money from tourist and to give bad picture about Italy. Very unfriendly ...rasisistic, machist!!!! Please be careful I don't want that the same thing happen to anyone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I really count on public transportation, and this one is good. But, I can't deny that sometimes the bus is not punctual and the board is misleading (written "ARR", but have to wait for 5 minutes more).
2. There's an official app of this company to get the latest information about bus schedules. Those schedules are also already synchronized to Google Map, so very helpful for strangers or newcomers.
3. If you rely on public transportation throughout the year, it's better to buy 1-year-ticket (equals 10x monthly tickets, CMIIW). And it's better if you buy online (cheaper + much efficient).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only unable to speak ANY english but also really perfidious. Gave us an unreasonable fine of 71€ because they didn’t understand us asking the most simple question you can ask - “where can you buy tickets?”.
