★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato 2 corsi all'Enaip, esperienza positiva ed insegnanti oltre che qualificati anche pazienti nello spiegare gli argomenti (nel mio caso nel corso di Russo e in quello di Office automation per l'azienda)
I attended 2 courses at ENAIP, positive experience and teachers as well as qualified patients in explaining the topics (in my case in the Russian course and in that of Office automation for the company)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato una persona straniera per aiutarla ad iscriversi ad un corso, un'addetta è stata cortese e ha fornito i moduli, secondo lei, necessari, dopo averli compilati e consegnati, un'altra persona è intervenuta in maniera sgarbata ed arrogante sostenendo che i moduli consegnati dalla sua collega erano inutili e quindi cestinandoli. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni ha risposto che i dati della persona che accompagnavo erano già nel computer. Avrei voluto suggerire di seguire uno dei loro corsi sull'utilizzo corretto dell'informatica e uno sulle buone maniere.
Aggiornamento 2021: Nel corso degli anni la struttura è notevolmente migliorata.
I accompanied a foreign person to help her enroll in a course, an assistant was courteous and provided the forms, according to her, necessary, after having filled them in and delivered them, another person intervened in a rude and arrogant way claiming that the forms delivered by her colleague were useless and therefore trashing them. When I asked for an explanation, he replied that the data of the person I was accompanying was already on the computer. I would have liked to suggest taking one of their courses on the correct use of information technology and one on good manners.
Update 2021: Over the years the facility has improved significantly.
