Sono andata altrove dove l'ho comprata regolarmente al prezzo trasparente pubblicizzato di 17 euro in uno store a p.zza alberone. Come mandare via i clienti. I wanted to buy a ho.mobile sim but they sell it for € 25 because to sell it they have to do 3 recharges (you've never heard of such a thing!). I went elsewhere where I bought it regularly at the advertised transparent price of 17 euros in a store in p.zza alberone. How to get rid of customers.

Sintesi: da quando ha portato il telefono sono passati due mesi prima che lo ritirasse definitivamente, si è dovuto recare in negozio DECINE di volte e alla fine non solo il problema non è stato risolto ma il telefono ne ha presentati degli altri. Lui ha voluto lasciar correre visto che prossimamente dovrà comprare un nuovo telefono, ma se fosse stato per me gli avrei fatto passare dei guai. NON CI ANDATEEEEEEE!!! I totally advise against it. My son has lost more than two months of the trivial replacement of a component (a screen). Summary: since he brought the phone two months passed before he finally picked it up, he had to go to the store TENS times and in the end not only the problem was not solved but the phone presented others. La loro efficienza viene inoltre piacevolmente condita con una ottima dose di simpatia e umorismo. Consigliatissimo! Competent and fast. Poiché non ho ricevuto chiamate da parte sua, il giorno dopo ho telefonato per avere informazioni a riguardo, la stessa mi ha chiesto di attendere in linea e dopo un minuto ha troncato la telefonata senza darmi una risposta. Questo denota grande carenza di rispetto verso il cliente e scarsa professionalità. Poi ho scoperto che mi hanno fatto pagare anche delle telecamere non richieste piazzate nella tastiera. Non so a che scopo ma mi sembra piuttosto grave. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO I took two PCs to be repaired and the cost seemed high. Given the need, I accepted. Then I found out that they also charged me for unsolicited cameras placed in the keyboard.
