Grazie alla Domos Consulting nel giro di poco tempo abbiamo recuperato molti dei crediti dai proprietari insolventi senza anticipare un euro, grazie alle convenzioni che questa amministrazione ha con diversi studi legali. Che dire, personalmente sono soddisfatto e mi fa piacere recensire l'amministrazione. Saluti cordiali. Our condominium was in disarray, with infinite debts and many arrears. Thanks to Domos Consulting in a short time we have recovered many of the receivables from the insolvent owners without anticipating a euro, thanks to the agreements that this administration has with various law firms. M	Marco Bellisari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantengono ciò che promettono. Rispondono alle mail con rapidità, un po' meno al telefono fisso ma ritengo sia comprensibile. Avendo fatto anche io l'amministratore so cosa significa ricevere decine di telefonate per le questioni più disparate. Ci siamo trovati bene e spero che questa amministrazione possa rimanere nel nostro condominio per lungo tempo nonostante i "nemici" che si sono fatti a causa dei pignoramenti immobiliari. Vi ringraziamo per il vostro lavoro. Marco e Lucilla They keep what they promise. They respond to emails quickly, a little less on the landline phone but I think it's understandable. Having done the admin too, I know what it means to receive dozens of phone calls for the most disparate questions. We found ourselves well and I hope that this administration can remain in our condominium for a long time despite the "enemies" that have been made because of the real estate foreclosures. A	Alessia Alberti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con questa amministrazione non dobbiamo chiedere né fatture né estratti conto. E' tutto online. Credo che questo semplifichi anche il lavoro dell'amministratore. Abbiamo recuperato 60.000 euro di quote non riscosse in meno di un anno e mezzo e il condominio è risorto! Pare che non si facciano scrupoli a fare decreti ingiuntivi e pignoramenti :-) a differenza delle altre amministrazioni che abbiamo avuto e che preferivano più conservare la poltrona che fare il loro mestiere. Ben venuta alla Domos Consulting. Unica critica: il telefono è spesso occupato, però rispondono subito alle mail o ai messaggi SMS per cui...va bene così nel 2019. Grazie per il vostro impegno. Alessia. With this administration we do not have to ask for invoices or account statements. It's all online. I think this also simplifies the job of the administrator. We have recovered 60,000 euros in fees not collected in less than a year and a half and the condominium has risen! It seems that they have no qualms about making injunctions and foreclosures :-) unlike the other administrations we have had and that they preferred more to keep the armchair than to do their job. E' stata richiesta un'assemblea da parte di un quarto dei condomini e dopo 18 mesi ancora nessun riscontro ... il solo riscontro ?? le varie recensioni positive apparse dopo il primo post della mia recensione ..... Confermo il consiglio !!!!!!!!!!! I advise you to avoid entrusting your condominium to this organization, managed without the slightest attention to human relationships and the households of normal families ..... An assembly was requested by a quarter of the condominiums and after 18 months still no feedback ... the only feedback ?? the various positive reviews that appeared after the first post of my review ..... I confirm the advice !!!!!!!!!!!

Non bisogna supplicare per avere i documenti, menomale che abbiamo deciso di cambiare amministratore nel nostro condominio. Sono circa 300 unità e serviva un cambiamento radicale, grazie Excellent administration, serious and reliable. The invoices and bank statements are all online too. We must not beg for the documents, luckily we have decided to change the administrator in our condominium. There are about 300 units and a radical change was needed, thank you
