Attrezzatura più che adeguata, istruttori preparati, nessun affollamento.
Spogliatoi ottimi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuovissima palestra in centro Padova (a 50 mt da Prato della Valle). Ho trovato un locale curato e riservato, senza caos o attese durante l'allenamento. Impeccabile anche il loro allestimento per TRX.
Una "nicchia" perfetta per chi vuole lavorare bene!
Il team è gentile e molto preparato. Molto apprezzati anche i consigli alimentari per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi desiderati.
Brand new gym in the center of Padua (50 meters from Prato della Valle). I found a well-kept and reserved place, without chaos or waiting during training. Their set-up for TRX is also impeccable.
A perfect "niche" for those who want to work well!
The team is kind and very knowledgeable. Food advice for achieving the desired goals is also very popular.

Allenamenti veloci non troppo difficili ma molto tosti e impegnativi. Esercizi mirati al sano funzionamento del tuo corpo.
È l’allenamento più Smart che ci sia per rimettersi in forma.
