Al centro Tito Livio ci si sente a proprio agio fin da subito, indipendentemente dal grado di preparazione atletica di partenza! C’è un’offerta variegata che permette di iniziare un programma di allenamento individualizzato ed adeguato agli obiettivi ed alle preferenze di ciascuno. Assolutamente da consigliare! A place that differs in the kindness and attention of the staff, the very high level of preparation of the teachers and the care and cleanliness of the rooms and equipment. At the Tito Livio center, you feel at ease from the start, regardless of the degree of athletic training you have at the start! Offre un'ampia scelta di corsi ed una sala fitness con attrezzature all’avanguardia. Grazie ai macchinari di ultima generazione e alla guida di Laura, al circuito è possibile seguire un allenamento ritagliato su misura e in tempi brevissimi! Molto soddisfatta. The Tito Livio dance & fitness center is a very welcoming structure with attentive and kind staff who are able to understand the customer's needs. It offers a wide choice of courses and a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment. Thanks to the latest machinery and Laura's guidance, you can follow a tailor-made workout in a very short time at the circuit! Very satisfied.

Si entra sorridendo e si esce canticchiando ☺ Molti i vantaggi: - posizione centrale e ben servita, - dimensioni contenute, - locali curati e puliti, - prezzi adeguati, - ottima scelta di attività, - insegnanti competenti, - ecc. Però la vera magia è nell'atmosfera! Sarà che siamo solo donne (di ogni età), sarà che Ambra e Martina si fanno in quattro per venirci incontro, ma non mi ero mai sentita tanto a casa in una palestra ❤ La consiglio vivamente. Il mio corso preferito? Senza dubbio Danza-Gym! Ad ogni lezione vengono allenate e sciolte TUTTE le parti del corpo, con un approccio sano come la ginnastica posturale, energetico come la danza moderna, aggraziato come la danza classica e sorridente come... come Ambra! ? Finally a gym where I go willingly! You enter with a smile and exit humming ☺ Many advantages: - central and well-served location, - small size, - well-kept and clean rooms, - adequate prices, - excellent choice of activities, - competent teachers, - etc. But the real magic is in the atmosphere! It will be that we are only women (of all ages), it will be that Ambra and Martina go out of their way to meet us, but I never felt so at home in a gym ❤ I highly recommend it. My favorite course? Without a doubt Dance-Gym! At every lesson ALL parts of the body are trained and dissolved, with a healthy approach such as postural gymnastics, energetic like modern dance, graceful like classical dance and smiling like ... like Amber! ?

È fornito di macchinari all’avanguardia e offre un sacco di corsi stimolanti, tra i quali io ho frequentato Zumba e pilates.. entrambi molto divertenti! In più è molto bello venire in palestra e trovare istruttrici simpatiche e cortesi.. fare palestra così è tutta un’altra cosa! The Tito Livio dance and fitness center is a beautiful place to keep fit but at the same time socialize! It is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and offers a lot of stimulating courses, among which I attended Zumba and pilates .. both very fun! In addition, it is very nice to come to the gym and find nice and courteous instructors .. doing gym like this is another matter entirely!

I prezzi sono adeguati a quello che offre e lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. Personalmente frequento il corso di danza classica per adulti, che mi ha dato la possibilità di riavvicinarmi a questa disciplina. Devo dire che sono davvero soddisfatta del livello dell'insegnamento, la maestra è bravissima a spiegare e sento che sto migliorando di lezione in lezione. Il corso è adatto sia a chi ha già danzato in passato ma anche a chi si approccia per la prima volta a questa disciplina. The school is in the center, very easy to reach. It has a very wide range of courses both for dance and fitness. The prices are appropriate to what it offers and the staff is very kind and helpful. Personally I attend the classical dance course for adults, which gave me the opportunity to get closer to this discipline. I must say that I am really satisfied with the level of teaching, the teacher is very good at explaining and I feel that I am improving from lesson to lesson. The course is suitable both for those who have already danced in the past but also for those who approach this discipline for the first time.

In questo periodo di isolamento propone corsi in Live Streaming di Fitness e di Danza che aiutano a tenere uno stile di vita attivo facendoci compagnia durante le giornate! Personale decisamente fantastico sia per qualità sia per umanità. Seguo il corso Pump Streaming e ne sento già i benefici solo dopo qualche settimana di frequenza. Il fatto di avere un appuntamento fisso è un incentivo a fare attività fisica, se poi è fatto in compagnia cosa si può volere di più? Consigliatissimo! Excellent gym and dance school located in a strategic position in the historic center of Padua in front of the Tito Livio tram and bus stop, a 2-minute walk from the squares. In this period of isolation, it offers Live Streaming courses in Fitness and Dance that help to keep an active lifestyle by keeping us company during the days! Definitely fantastic staff both for quality and for humanity. I follow the Pump Streaming course and I already feel the benefits only after a few weeks of attendance. The fact of having a fixed appointment is an incentive to do physical activity, if then it is done in the company what more could you want? Highly recommended!

Personale cordiale, le istruttrici sono gentili e competenti. Il corso di Zumba con Arianna è davvero al top, come la sala con il circuito decisamente all'avanguardia, dove si è seguiti passo passo. La struttura è molto bella, così come l'accoglienza all'entrata della dolcissima Martina! Essendo una palestra di sole donne, l'ambiente è molto più accogliente e c'è una bellissima atmosfera. The Zumba course with Ariadne is really top notch, as is the room with the decidedly avant-garde circuit, where you are followed step by step. The structure is very beautiful, as well as the welcome at the entrance of the sweet Martina! Being a women-only gym, the environment is much more welcoming and there is a beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Quando ho provato a chiedere se il corso fosse stato disponibile il mese seguente mi é stata data la stessa risposta in tono acido (ridacchiando!) senza aggiungere ulteriori chiarimenti. Mi dispiace perché avevo letto solo recensioni positive sulla gentilezza del personale ma devo ricredermi. I called to ask for some information about the zumba course that, according to reviews, the facility offered and they replied in a very rude and unprofessional way. When I tried to ask if the course was was available the following month I was given the same acid answer (chuckling!) without adding further clarification. I'm sorry because I had only read positive reviews about the kindness of the staff but I have to change my mind.
