Non ha risposto della mancata spiegazione affermando che non può spiegare ogni cosa ad ogni signora. Su un’acquisto online non ha fornito la possibilità di reso se non a carico sempre mio. Poca professionalità, peccato! Prima del Covid non era così… per fortuna ci sono ancora persone oneste e professionali in giro. Caro Enrico commento qua la tua risposta. Indipendentemente dalla urgenza, che non credo sia rilevante in una vendita, hai omesso un particolare! Benedetta ha il 39 come ti è stato ordinato ma il 39 pianta normale e non pianta larga come tu hai spedito omettendo sia nella vendita che nel sito stesso che esistono due tipologia di pianta. Io non posso saperlo, tu quale professionista come ti ritieni si ed è tuo compito informare il cliente o quantomeno comunicarcelo. Me l’hai spiegato via whatsapp solo dopo averti comunicato che erano grandi. Quindi non credo sia il caso di continuare ad aver ragione quando invece sei stato tu superficiale in una vendita.
