★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questo negozio qualche settimana fa con lo scopo di comprare un paio di scarpette, dopo circa 10 minuti arriva una signora per il mio stesso motivo, purtroppo il negoziante ha smesso completamente di servirmi per seguire l'altra signora alche dopo 15 minuti me ne sono andata in un altro negozio dove sono stata servita con gentilezza, e soprattutto educazione

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le ultime scarpe da ballo acquistate da loro erano belle e molto comode, ma era necessario un cinturino aggiuntivo, per fasciare meglio il piede e rendermi piu' stabile nei giri. Il proprietario (Andrea) e' stato molto disponibile e paziente nello studiare insieme una soluzione, tenace nel superare gli ostacoli tecnici che si sono presentati e infine onestissimo sul costo della modifica richiesta (che e' stata piu' difficoltosa del previsto). Un enorme grazie !!!
The last dance shoes bought by them were beautiful and very comfortable, but an extra strap was needed, to wrap the foot better and make me more stable in the laps. The owner (Andrea) was very helpful and patient in studying a solution together, tenacious in overcoming the technical obstacles that presented themselves and finally being honest about the cost of the requested change (which was more difficult than expected). A huge thank you !!!
