★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al giorno d'oggi uno va in un negozio fisico e non compra online per trovare il prodotto di nicchia o essere consigliato e anche un po' coccolato.
Cereda vende scarpe comuni, alcune low cost (e low quality), altre di qualche marchio di fascia media a prezzi standard. Sui commessi non ho niente da segnalare, ma le volte che ci sono stata mi ha colpita il proprietario. Quest'uomo è simpatico come un calcio negli stinchi ed è di un'arroganza unica. Sta lì inchiodato alla cassa pronto a redarguire con sufficienza il cliente che non si posiziona dietro al vetro o si dirige verso l'uscita nella corsia destinata a chi entra (anche quando il negozio è vuoto ....da notare poi che c'è un'unica porta per chi entra e chi esce e che io a differenza sua portavo la ffp2) e tratta le persone come fossero deficienti. Ho capito che il negozio è posizionato in una zona malfamata, in cui immagino che chi ha un'attività commerciale ne veda di tutti i colori, ma ci vuole un po' di cortesia, educazione e professionalità nel relazionarsi con la clientela. Uno che alla fine di una giornata di lavoro entra a comprarsi un paio di ciabatte ci sta sia distratto. A causa dell'atteggiamento di questa persona non comprerò più in questo negozio.
Nowadays one goes to a physical store and doesn't shop online to find the niche product or get recommended and even a little pampered.
Cereda sells common shoes, some low cost (and low quality), others of some mid-range brands at standard prices. I have nothing to report on the shop assistants, but the times I have been there the owner has impressed me. This man is likeable as a kick in the shins and has a unique arrogance. He stands there nailed to the cashier ready to scold the customer who does not position himself behind the glass or goes towards the exit in the lane intended for those who enter (even when the shop is empty ... then note that there is a single door for those who enter and those who leave and that unlike him I wore the ffp2) and treats people as if they were morons. I understood that the shop is located in a disreputable area, where I imagine that those who have a commercial activity see all the colors, but it takes a little courtesy, education and professionalism in relating with customers. One who comes in to buy a pair of slippers at the end of a day's work is distracted. Due to this person's attitude I will not buy in this shop again.
