★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato da pochi mesi a seguire il corso di crossfitness e non posso che spendere parole positive.
Personale qualificato e che ti segue, ti aiuta e ti sprona a migliorare, palestra super attrezzata e che offre una vasta gamma di corsi.
La consiglio a chiunque cerchi un posto dove potersi allenare e sentirsi accolti e seguiti al 100%.
A few months ago I started following the crossfitness course and I can only say positive words.
Qualified staff who follow you, help you and encourage you to improve, super-equipped gym that offers a wide range of courses.
I recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they can train and feel 100% welcomed and followed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questa palestra da un po' di tempo, sia con lezioni di personal trainer con Gianni che allenandomi da sola, e non posso che spendere parole positive per il fantastico team che anima la Synergym, un gruppo di professionisti e professioniste altamente qualificati/e che fin dal primo giorno mi hanno fatta sentire accolta e ascoltata. Recentemente ho finito anche il corso di Mindfulness con Roberta, insegnante qualificata MBSR, che consiglio caldamente a tutti e a tutte, anche come percorso da affiancare all'allenamento. Per questo e molto altro, Synergym è molto più di una semplice palestra!
I have been attending this gym for some time, both with personal trainer lessons with Gianni and training alone, and I can only say positive words for the fantastic team that animates Synergym, a group of highly qualified professionals who from day one they made me feel welcomed and listened to. I also recently finished the Mindfulness course with Roberta, a qualified MBSR teacher, which I highly recommend to everyone, also as a path to accompany training. For this and much more, Synergym is much more than just a gym!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla palestra Synergym ho trovato professionalità e simpatia: gli istruttori ti seguono da vicino e sono attenti alle esigenze di ciascuno. Grazie a loro e al Pilates con Roberta ho ripreso a muovermi dopo un anno di inattività e sono molto soddisfatta!
At the Synergym gym I found professionalism and sympathy: the instructors follow you closely and are attentive to everyone's needs. Thanks to them and to Pilates with Roberta I started moving again after a year of inactivity and I am very satisfied!

Attraverso gli allenamenti di Gianni e i PT con Roberta ho imparato davvero il significato di tenacia e perseveranza e questo mi sta aiutando in diversi aspetti della mia vita personale. Consiglio davvero questa Palestra in quanto sono certa che anche per voi diverrà non solo un centro per allenarvi e trascorrere del tempo in allegria e spensieratezza ma anche un punto di riferimento per la vostra crescita personale.
The professionalism and skill that I found in the Synergym Gym are really a strength. Through Gianni's training and the PTs with Roberta I have really learned the meaning of tenacity and perseverance and this is helping me in different aspects of my personal life. I really recommend this gym as I am sure that for you too it will become not only a center to train and spend time in joy and care but also a point of reference for your personal growth.

Excellent and well organized gym !! The instructors are kind, prepared, friendly, nice and they follow you in a professional way for a correct training. The boards are well done and there are many courses. The crossfit course with Gianni is the top !!
