A	Armando S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera esperienza di allenamento! Ho iniziato a frequentare la palestra circa dieci anni fa e ne sono rimasto subito colpito. Dopo averne provate altre (perché fuori zona) sono ritornato alla Gymnasium! Spogliatoio grande e sempre pulito, sala attrezzi moderna, piscina, sauna, aromarium...sono solo ciliegine di una torta che ha alla sua base professionisti e trainer di alto valore. I trainer sono veramente in gamba e ognuno ha una formazione universitaria. Il livello di allenamento che viene proposto, é adattato su misura della persona. Sono sempre disponibili ad ascoltare e consigliare il meglio! Segreteria super efficiente! Purtroppo non posso dirvi molto sui corsi...Non ho mai frequentato i circa 40 corsi che hanno a disposizione ma i miei amici me ne hanno sempre parlato bene e hanno anche provato a coinvolgermi a Yogafit o nella pole dance in piscina, ma appunto non sono mai andato e non per pigrizia....ero già a fare la sauna post allenamento:D Consigliatissima a tutti gli amanti dello sport! Il manager che gestisce la struttura è veramente in gamba! A true training experience! I started going to the gym about ten years ago and was immediately impressed. After trying others (because they are outside the area) I returned to the Gymnasium! Large and always clean changing room, modern equipment room, swimming pool, sauna, aromarium ... are just the icing of a cake that has high-value professionals and trainers at its base. The trainers are really good and each has a university education. The level of training that is proposed is tailored to the individual. They are always available to listen and advise the best! Super efficient answering machine! Unfortunately I can't tell you much about the courses ... I have never attended the 40 or so courses they have available but my friends have always talked to me about it and have also tried to get involved in Yogafit or pole dance in the pool, but just not I've never gone and not out of laziness .... I was already doing the post-workout sauna: D Highly recommended for all sports lovers! The manager who runs the facility is really good!

Palestra ben fornita di ogni confort infatti oltre ad un ampia sala per allenarsi è dotata di sauna, piscina ed area benessere, parcheggio comodo di fronte alla palestra e con tanti posti auto. Spogliatoi puliti e abbastanza grandi. Inoltre è molto pratico anche il bar interno soprattutto per chi si allena in pausa pranzo. Always courteous and helpful staff and highly trained personal trainers! Gym well equipped with every comfort, in fact, in addition to a large room for training, it has a sauna, swimming pool and wellness area, convenient parking in front of the gym and with many parking spaces. Clean and quite large changing rooms. Furthermore, the internal bar is also very practical, especially for those who train during their lunch break.

Sala pesi e attrezzi molto molto ampia che permette a tutti di allenarsi senza fare code interminabili come accade in molte palestre (anche nelle fasce orarie più "calde"), macchinari e attrezzi da poco rinnovati insieme a tutta la sala. L'ambiente è molto curato e pulito. Non mancano poi il bar all'interno della palestra come anche centro estetico e wellness con saune e piscina. Rapporto qualità-prezzo TOP One of the best gyms in Padua, the staff is always courteous and helpful and the structure is of the highest standard. Weights and equipment room very very large that allows everyone to train without queuing up as happens in many gyms (even in the "hottest" time slots), machinery and equipment recently renovated along with the whole room. The environment is very nice and clean. There is also a bar inside the gym as well as a beauty and wellness center with saunas and swimming pool. TOP quality-price ratio

Bar alľinterno per pranzi veloci. Clean gym, never too crowded, always open even during the holidays, hot showers and spacious changing rooms, mostly new technogym equipment. Inside bar for quick lunches.
