★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È importante valutare che un'ora di palestra dura esattamente sessanta minuti e sei seguito da uno e anche due trainers quando serve. Gli esercizi sono studiati su misura e non sei abbandonato in mezzo alla puzza di sudore !
It is important to consider that one hour of exercise lasts exactly sixty minutes and you are followed by one and also two trainers when needed. The exercises are tailored and you are not abandoned in the midst of the smell of sweat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato entrambe le strutture Show. Sia quella in Prato della Valle, sia quella in Via Umberto I e posso dire che sono delle strutture all'avanguardia. Il rapporto con la squadra di Personal Trainer che si prende cura di me è ottimo e mi alleno sempre divertendomi un mondo. In centro a Padova è il massimo.
I tried both Show facilities. Both in Prato della Valle and in Via Umberto I and I can say that they are state-of-the-art facilities. The relationship with the Personal Trainer team that takes care of me is excellent and I always train with a world of fun. In the center of Padua is the maximum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Show è di sicuro il miglior centro di personal trainer a Padova (e non solo). Comoda da raggiungere e con possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze (è in prato della Valle), la struttura è all'avanguardia nei metodi di allenamento e nei macchinari, gli ambienti sono nuovi e curati nei dettagli... ma sono soprattutto le persone a fare la differenza. Mi sono sempre sentito accolto in ogni esigenza, ho raggiunto i risultati promessi all'inizio, e mi sono sempre allenato divertendomi pure! Grazie!
Show is certainly the best personal trainer center in Padua (and more). Convenient to reach and with the possibility of parking nearby (is in the meadow of the Valley), the structure is at the forefront of training methods and machinery, the environments are new and cared for in detail ... but it is above all the people who do the difference. I have always felt welcomed in every need, I have achieved the promised results at the beginning, and I have always trained myself having fun! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone veramente gentili, simpatiche e competenti: cercano di venire incontro alle tue esigenze/difficoltà, ma nello stesso tempo ti spronano e ti aiutano a migliorare qualunque sia il tuo obiettivo.
La palestra è organizzata perfettamente e rispetta tutte le norme anti-Covid (mascherine, distanziamento, igienizzazione, eccetera).
Really kind, nice and competent people: they try to meet your needs / difficulties, but at the same time they encourage you and help you to improve whatever your goal is.
The gym is perfectly organized and complies with all anti-Covid regulations (masks, spacing, sanitation, etc.).

Sono rimasta soddisfatta in parte (su tre mesi di lezione) perché due trainer non mi hanno seguita, cioè guardavano e rispondevano al cellulare invece di seguirmi, tant’è che io stavo ferma e loro mi dicevano brava.
I signed up for the On-Line lessons.
I was partially satisfied (over three months of lessons) because two trainers did not follow me, that is, they looked and answered the cell phone instead of following me, so much so that I stood still and they said I was good.

They contacted me for an interview and in the end they told me I was not eligible but to enroll in their school to learn more ... so the excuse of the interview was a fake
