A	Angelo s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sottoscritto il contratto con questo punto vendita fastweb in data 30/09 per la Linea internet FTTH, mi avevano assicurato che entro una settimana avrei avuto la connessione ad internet e cosí ho accettato visto che ne avevo estrema urgenza, ad oggi a 45 giorni dalla sottoscrizione del contratto non è mai venuto un tecnico ad allacciare la linea, ho scoperto poi che i tempi previsti sono 60 giorni da contratto, ho provato a contattare sia gli operatori fastweb sia più volte sono andato in negozio per avere spiegazioni sulle eventuali problematiche ma nessuno mi ha mai fornito una risposta esaustiva e tuttora ancora non sanno darmi delle tempistiche, alla fine nella mia ultima visita al negozio mi hanno comunicato che loro non possono farci nulla, sono profondamente deluso. I signed the contract with this fastweb store on 30/09 for the FTTH internet line, they assured me that within a week I would have the internet connection and so I accepted since I was extremely urgent, to date 45 days from signing of the contract a technician never came to connect the line, I then discovered that the expected time is 60 days from the contract, I tried to contact both the fastweb operators and several times I went to the shop to get explanations on any problems but none has never given me an exhaustive answer and still still do not know how to give me the timing, in the end in my last visit to the store they told me that they can not do anything about it, I am deeply disappointed.

Sono sempre molto pronti sia per l'assistenza a casa sia per l'assistenza in generale... Ottimo staff di installatori e sono dotati di svariati gestori di telefonia e televisiva... Insomma ottimi sotto tutti i punti di vista... Provare per credere ?!!!
