Nessuna notizia di quando potrà essere fatta l'installazione del prodotto acquistato, indicazione richiesta anche al momento della sottoscrizione del contratto. Non raggiungibili al telefono! Non resta che andare al negozio... Scarsa attenzione al cliente. Contract signed ... disappeared! Attenzione e velocità di attivazione più che soddisfacenti. Il tecnico poi ha perfettamente risolto il problema con estrema professionalità. Credo sia ancora aperto solo perché a Grosseto non c’è un altro centro tecnico Sky. Dopo la seconda tappa in questo posto ho ricevuto spallucce da parte del titolare che non mi ha dato modo nemmeno di spiegare quale fosse la problematica. Mi ripeto. Pessimo. Bad service and indecisive indifference by the staff towards customer problems. c	cinzia magi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno dato appuntamento (dopo settimane di richieste tramite Sky!) tramite sms, ho preso un giorno di ferie perché era in orario lavorativo, non è venuto nessuno e nessuno mi ha avvertita!!!!! Son sempre lì che aspetto loro! Ho disdetto l'abbonamento Sky perché senza segnale era inutile, dopo la disdetta tutto si è risolto perché Sky ha passato l'assistenza ad un altro centro che nel giro di 24 ore ha risolto il problema. They gave me an appointment (after weeks of requests via Sky!) By sms, I took a day off because it was during working hours, nobody came and nobody warned me !!!!! I am always there waiting for them! I canceled the Sky subscription because without a signal it was useless, after the cancellation everything was resolved because Sky passed the assistance to another center that within 24 hours solved the problem.

Hanno commesso un grave errore durante la compilazione del contratto Sky che ne ha causato la chiusura e l'applicazione di penali per 399 euro!!! Di certo la conclusione del contratto e' accaduta perche' Sky non ci ha contattato per correggere l'errore (chiusura senza preavviso) ma tutta questa situazione e' iniziata con un errore commesso da Modatech Grosseto, che in seguito non ha potuto contattare Sky Italia e non ci ha potuto aiutare a correggere l'errore! A totally customer-oriented company! Employees are inattentive! They made a serious mistake when filling out the Sky contract which caused its closure and the application of penalties for 399 euros !!! Certainly the conclusion of the contract happened because Sky did not contact us to correct the error (closure without notice) but this whole situation started with an error made by Modatech Grosseto, which subsequently could not contact Sky Italia and could not help us correct the error!
S	Stefania Pieroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orari pessimi e maleducazione. Peccato che è l'unico centro assistenza Sky in tutta Grosseto. Cosa inconcepibile visto che non siamo una città proprio piccola. Bad hours and rudeness. Too bad it is the only Sky service center in all of Grosseto. Which is inconceivable since we are not a very small city.
