★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais accueil ! Le magasin était vide pourtant ... 11 août... mais une vendeuse rangeait le magasin et l'autre faisait sa caisse ... on avait l'impression de déranger ! Nous avons cependant acheté 2 articles. Pas de bonjour ni de merci elle nous a limite jeté le sac sur le comptoir ! C'est une honte ! Je ne retounerai certainement pas dans cette boutique nous sommes touristes et respectueux pourtant !
Very bad reception! The store was empty, however ... August 11 ... but a saleswoman was tidying the store and the other was doing his checkout ... we had the impression of disturbing! We have however purchased 2 items. No hello or thank you, she just threw the bag on the counter! It's a shame ! I will certainly not return to this shop we are tourists and respectful yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al netto della Signora bionda che sta alla cassa, il personale è molto carino e disponibile. Ti aiutano nella ricerca delle taglie anche se sei già in camerino e non perdono la pazienza.
Excluding the blonde lady who is at the cash desk, the staff is very nice and helpful. They help you find the sizes even if you are already in the dressing room and do not lose patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato diversi capi e qualche giorno dopo ho deciso di cambiare 2 maglie basic ma purtroppo mi accorgo di non avere più lo scontrino ma si poteva risalire all'acquisto dalla card che mi è stata data il giorno stesso dell'acquisto, le maglie ovviamente erano integre e con l'etichetta attaccata.
La signora Jessica molto sgarbatamente ha rifiutato il cambio e non ha neanche guardato i dati della carta. Non andrò mai più a comprare in questo negozio, fortunatamente c'è tanta scelta in giro
I bought several items and a few days later I decided to change 2 basic shirts but unfortunately I realize that I no longer have the receipt but it could be traced back to the purchase from the card that was given to me the day of purchase, the shirts were obviously intact and with the label attached.
Ms. Jessica very rudely refused the change and didn't even look at the card details. I will never go shopping in this shop again, luckily there is so much choice around
