★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento alle 12:50, alle 12:45 chiamo più volte senza successo per avvisare che ero bloccata zona porto e per sapere se facevo comunque in tempo qualora avessi riportato una decina di minuti di ritardo. Non mi ha mai risposto nessuno. Pago il posteggio pur di non perdere altro tempo, al portiere dico che ho appuntamento al centro ISME e mi fa salire, immagino non mi avrebbe fatto salire se l'orario di apertura si fosse concluso, ore 12:10. Resto ad aspettare davanti la porta senza che nessuno mi apra. Telefono e si
inserisce la segreteria telefonica. Arrivano altre persone che avevano appuntamento alle 12:20 bussano, non apre nessuno. Aspettiamo tutti per altri 10 minuti, continuando a bussare ma non risponde nessuno, anche il portiere citofona ma nulla. Perso 2 ore e chiesto permesso a lavoro che nessuno mi risarcirà. Pessimo servizio. Sarebbe bastato che rispondessero al telefono. Metto una stella perché altrimenti non avrei potuto scrivere la recensione, ma neanche una stella meritano

La struttura è splendente, i medici competenti ma purtroppo poco solari e il segretario indifferente e scortese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco rispetto nel seguire le norme anticovid, l' otorinolaringoiatra dal punto di vista professionale si è mostrato superficiale e sbrigativo e dal punto di vista umano estremamente maleducato. Ho dovuto rifare la visita presso un altro centro.
Little respect in following the anticovid rules, the otolaryngologist from the professional point of view was superficial and hasty and from the human point of view extremely rude. I had to visit another center again.

Faccio la recensione delle recensioni: recensioni stranamente impeccabili da 5 stelle e poi la realtà a una sola stella. Indica chiaramente che c è qualcosa che non va! Il massimo è vedere e leggere che lo stesso medico che dirige la struttura si autorecensisce con 5 stelle! Da evitare sicuramente
I simply read the reviews to get an idea as I have a skin lesion that needs to be treated.
I do the review of the reviews: strangely flawless 5-star reviews and then the one-star reality. It clearly indicates that something is wrong! The best is to see and read that the same doctor who runs the facility reviews himself with 5 stars! Definitely to be avoided

Ho atteso più di un'ora rispetto all'orario di prenotazione.
Nessuno mi ha chiesto di sottoscrivere alcuna autodichiarazione secondo il protocollo anticovid.
Il dottore allergologo non ha utilizzato né i guanti monouso né, durante la visita, ha usato accorgimenti particolarmente attenti alla disinfezione.
In più, alle mie rimostranze/titubanze, ha risposto in maniera alterata. Visibilmente infastidito, alle mie richieste di delucidazioni in merito ai test cui sottopormi, non mi ha voluto rispondere e mi ha invitato ad informarmi(e documentarmi) su Internet.

I waited over an hour after the booking time.
Nobody asked me to sign any self-declaration according to the anticovid protocol.
The allergist doctor did not use disposable gloves nor, during the visit, used particularly careful disinfection measures.
In addition, to my grievances / hesitations, he responded in an altered way. Visibly annoyed, at my requests for clarification regarding the tests to undergo, he did not want to answer me and invited me to inform me (and document myself) on the Internet.

Io mi sono fermata al " segretario" che mi ha insultata e sbeffeggiata davanti ad almeno 10 persone dicendo che la ricetta elettronica non è valida, che io vengo dai "paesini" ( ergo sono ignorante) messo in accettazione con i capelli unti e la forfora sul cappotto. Uno schifo. L'ho mandato a quel paese e me ne sono andata. Non posso esprimere un giudizio sul medico ,ma se l'inizio è questo non oso immaginare il dopo. Stelle meno 10.
AVOID !!! I stopped at the "secretary" who insulted and mocked me in front of at least 10 people saying that the electronic prescription is not valid, that I come from the "villages" (ergo I am ignorant) placed in acceptance with greasy hair and dandruff on the coat. It sucks. I sent him to that country and left. I cannot express a judgment on the doctor, but if this is the beginning I do not dare to imagine the after. Stars minus 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il segretario è già un pessimo biglietto da visita, per telefono non mi sono state date correttamente le info per la richiesta del medico ma in ogni caso, sbagliata o meno, l’arroganza e la maleducazione mi hanno spinta a riprenotare da un’altra parte. Dimenticavo che essendomi presentata con 2 ragazzini (9 e 12 anni) ma essendo la visita solo per quella di 12, ha fatto rimanere quello di 9 anni da solo fuori sul pianerottolo perché creavamo assembramento. In sala d’attesa eravamo solo noi… una cosa vergognosa!!! Evitate questo luogo che tutto è tranne uno studio medico… mea culpa che non mi ero voluta fidare delle terribili recensioni

I forgot that having presented myself with 2 kids (9 and 12 years old) but since the visit was only for the 12 one, he made the 9 year old stay alone outside on the landing because we created a crowd. In the waiting room it was just us ... a shameful thing !!! Avoid this place that everything is except a doctor's office ... mea culpa that I didn't want to trust the terrible reviews
