In gennaio ho acquistato 1 paio di sneaker presso l'unica sede della Geox Palermo. Le sneaker di cui necessitavo nn erano in negozio, la Signorina addetta alla vendita mi aveva promesso che nn appena sarebbero arrivate, me le avrebbero consegnate a Casa! Giorni fa mi reco presso la suddetta sede lamentando, la nn ricezione del pacco che era arrivato ma x una disattenzione, imputabile solo a me stessa! L'operatrice ha fatto le ricerche x capire cosa potesse essere successo mi avrà telefonato una decina di volte " dispiaciuta mortificata nn sapeva cosa fare. Quando sono venuta in possesso delle scarpe ho telefonato, scusandomi x la mia disattenzione. Purtroppo nn posso esprimere la felicità dell' operatrice! Sono contenta di aver conosciuto questo nuovo punto vendita ( Via Notarbartolo chiuso definitivamente) Collaboration and infinite availability between customers and operators in the sector! The sneakers I needed weren't in the shop, the sales lady had promised me that as soon as they would arrive, they would deliver them to me at home! Days ago I go to the aforementioned office complaining, the nn receipt of the package that had arrived but x an inattention, attributable only to myself! The operator did the research to understand what could have happened, she must have phoned me about ten times "sorry mortified she didn't know what to do. When I came into possession of the shoes I called, apologizing for my inattention. Unfortunately, I can't express happiness. I am happy to have met this new store (Via Notarbartolo closed permanently)
R	Roberto Cavallaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giorno 18 gennaio ho acquistato un aticolo e la commessa mi ha proposto un secondo articolo in saldo, Il colore che volevo non era disponibile così mi dice che può ordinarlo con consegna garantita entro 4 giorni lavorativi. L'ordine è vincolato al pagamento anticipato dell'articolo così procedo al pagamento e resto in attesa di una telefonata di conferma arrivo della merce. Passano 12 giorni lavorativi e nessuno mi contatta così il primo di febbraio vado in negozio. La merce non era arrivata, le commesse verificano al computer e si rendono conto che nonostante l'avvenuto pagamento l'ordine non è stato mai inviato. Procedono dunque con l'ordine e mi chiedono di attendere ulteriori 4 giorni lavorativi. Vengo finalmente contattato il 6 febbraio e mi reco al negozio per ritirare le scarpe. Arrivato in negozio la commessa apre la busta con cui era stata inviata la merce da un altro punto vendita, apre la scatola di scarpe e all'interno erano contenute due scarpe di colore differente!!! Dopo 19 giorni dal pagamento mi trovo con una scarpa blu e una color caffè.... La commessa controlla a sistema e mi dice che l'articolo da me richiesto non è più disponibile in tutta la Sicilia. Stizzito chiedo il rimborso e la commessa mi risponde che deve scrivere una email di autorizzazione all'amministrazione per potere prelevare il denaro dalla cassa!!! Dopo 19 giorni dal pagamento dell'articolo mi trovo senza la merce , mi sono recato 3 volte al punto vendita e dovrò andare una quarta volta per essere rimborsato .... Sconsiglio vivamente di fare acquisti presso questo negozio!!! They therefore proceed with the order and ask me to wait a further 4 working days. I am finally contacted on February 6 and I go to the store to collect the shoes. Once in the shop, the saleswoman opens the envelope with which the goods were sent from another store, opens the box of shoes and inside were two different colored shoes !!! After 19 days from the payment I find myself with a blue shoe and a coffee color .... The saleswoman checks the system and tells me that the item requested by me is no longer available in all of Sicily. Irritated I ask for a refund and the saleswoman replies that she must write an authorization email to the administration to be able to withdraw the money from the cashier !!! After 19 days from the payment of the item I find myself without the goods, I went 3 times to the store and I will have to go a fourth time to be refunded .... I strongly advise against shopping at this shop !!!

Non dispiacerebbe trovare più offerte durante l'anno però lo consiglio comunque per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Well-stocked sales point and really friendly and prepared sales staff Combine all this with the quality that has always distinguished Geox products and you can enjoy the best shopping experience. You wouldn't mind finding more offers during the year but I still recommend it for the value for money.
