Ho un noleggio a lungo termine Arval, In seguito all'esplosione dello pneumatico la macchina è stata portata dal carroattrezzi alla sir car il 1/04/22. Ho telefonato per sapere le tempistiche, non mi hanno mai dato previsioni dei tempi di riparazione, il tecnico che doveva fare la richiesta di preventivo e sostituzione dello pneumatico ad arval si è attivato solo il 06/04/23, lo so per certo perché la stessa arval mi mi ha detto di aver ricevuto la richiesta di sostituzione il giorno 6, ho fatto diverse telefonate dove non mi davano mai risposte certe, la segreteria è sempre stata evanescente e mi rimbalzava sempre. Finalmente il giorno venerdì 08/04/22 alle 16:30 mi telefonano dicendomi che la macchina è pronta. Otto giorni per sostituire un pneumatico mi sembra un'esagerazione, e dovrebbe essere un centro di eccellenza.
8 DAYS TO REPLACE A TIRE !!!!!
I have a long term rental Arval, Following the tire explosion the car was taken from the wrecker to the sir car on 1/04/22. I phoned to find out the timing, they never gave me forecasts of repair times, the technician who had to make the request for a quote and tire replacement in arval only activated on 06/04/23, I know for sure because the Arval herself told me that she had received the replacement request on day 6, I made several phone calls where they never gave me certain answers, the answering machine has always been evanescent and always bounced back to me. Finally on Friday 08/04/22 at 16:30 they call me and tell me that the car is ready. Eight days to replace a tire seems like an exaggeration to me, and it should be a center of excellence.
