Avviso la clientela di essere molto, ma molto prudente prima di rivolgersi perché hanno una politica molto particolare. Cioè per dimostrare che il pezzo meccanico (venduto da loro un mese fa) sia malfunzionante, dovrei restituirglielo per essere esaminato (ma nel mentre comprarne uno perché ovviamente la macchina non andrebbe avanti) e dopo un mese o anche due ricevere il risultato della verifica e dopo tutto ciò mi diranno di chi è la colpa. Le ragazze comunque sono state gentilissime e molto disponibile.

Senza carta di credito non riuscivamo a noleggiare nessuna auto presso le grandi catene, un altro piccolo ricambista ci ha consigliato di venire qui. Persone gentili, oneste e disponibili, ci hanno noleggiato un'auto a prezzi ragionevoli e a condizioni flessibili, finché non siamo riusciti a riparare la macchina e a venirla a prendere. Scusate se ci è voluto un anno per scrivere la recensione, grazie davvero per il vostro servizio!
Truly excellent experience, dating back to exactly one year ago: our car died in Ferrara, we had to go back to Bolzano. Without a credit card we could not rent any cars from the big chains, another small dealer advised us to come here. Kind, honest and helpful people rented us a car at reasonable prices and flexible terms, until we were able to repair the car and pick it up. Sorry it took a year to write the review, thank you very much for your service!
