È bastata una foto di un esempio di colore per vedere lo stesso lavoro applicato sui miei capelli. Un lavoro delicato e svolto in maniera davvero perfetta! Se volete essere soddisfatte al 100%, se volete uscire da un salone professionale con un sorriso enorme stampato in faccia, è qui che dovete venire! Mi trovavo bene perché, rispetto al mio precedente parrucchiere, non avevo necessità di prenotare e venivo servito più o meno in un tempo ragionevole (tra i 15 e i 50 minuti) con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Negli ultimo anno però qualcosa è cambiato a partire dal personale e l'ultima volta che sono stato servito il risultato non è stato all altezza delle volte precedenti. "Può capitare" mi sono detto capisco che gestendo più saloni i dipendenti ruotino. Così oggi ritorno e trovo 2 ragazze ciascuna impegnata con altrettanti clienti. Ore 14.20 mi vengono preannuciati 45 minuti di attesa e accetto perché alle 16 ho un appuntamento di lavoro e dovrei farcela. Passa più di un'ora con una costante musica latino americana ad un volume decisamente oltre il piacere. Non riesco a lavorare nell attesa e lascio il salone alle 15.30 senza aver fatto il taglio per esigenze di tempo. Alla seconda esperienza poco soddisfacente di fila lascio questo commento nella speranza possa esservi utile. Per quanto mi riguarda opterò per altre soluzioni in futuro. Buon lavoro. However, in the last year something has changed starting from the staff and the last time I was served the result was not up to the previous times. "It can happen," I said to myself, I understand that by managing more salons, employees rotate. So today I return and find 2 girls each engaged with as many customers. At 2.20 pm 45 minutes of waiting are anticipated and I accept because at 4 pm I have a work appointment and I should do it. Spend more than an hour with a constant Latin American music at a volume definitely beyond pleasure. I can't work in the waiting and leave the salon at 3.30pm without having made the cut for time's needs. At the second unsatisfactory experience in a row I leave this comment in the hope it may be useful to you. For my part I will opt for other solutions in the future. Good job. MARCO

Salone più o meno accettabile per un taglio e piega veloce ma per un lavoro un po' più serio è da evitare assolutamente. Chiedo contrasti chiari e netti sul mio colore castano naturale, precisando che non voglio un "effetto biondo" e mi ritrovo una massa di capelli giallo-polenta uniforme che tende all'arancione, inguardabile! Come se mi fossi rovesciata in testa una bottiglia di acqua ossigenata. Tre giorni dopo un altro parrucchiere ha fortunatamente rimediato, ripristinando le tonalità giuste con un lungo lavoro, ma ho speso il doppio e perso un sacco di tempo. Il salone di trova all' interno della Conad di rivoli ..... Le ragazze sono molto cortesi e gentili... Voglio subito metterlo in chiaro... Io ho fatto una schiaritura nelle punte anche se l avevo chiesto da metá capello mi sono ritrovata solo le punte ( ho pagato come se avessi fatto tutta la testa !!!!) Il biondo che ha fatto la ragazza è perfetto perché non è platino Quindi complimenti per la scelta del colore ma si vede poco perché c e n'è poco ... ok io avevo chiesto non la radice ma metà capelli si del colore mi è rimasto qualche ciuffo peccato .. Mi aveva preventivato 88€ ed io avevo accettato..peccato che la sorpresa arriva alla fine quando vado in cassa e la sua collega mora mi spara 120€..! Rimango basita..e le spiego che la sua collega mi aveva detto 88€ ..lei si scusa dicendo che il preventivo che mi aveva fatto era sbagliato...non si fa così!!! Io ho accettato il prezzo iniziale e non posso poi arrivare in cassa e avere una sorpresa del genere...mi fa la "cortesia " di scontarmi 20€ del loro shampoo che nessuno aveva chiesto...dicendo che di più non poteva fare. Per correttezza e giusto doveva farmi pagare il prezzo stabilito inizialmente e non far finta di farmi sti sconti..Come perdere i clienti! A mai più arrivederci! Questo per un parrucchiere è un grande limite ... in più, mascherare l'offerta del taglio uomo a 17 euro anziché 21 e poi non fare neanche uno shampoo è quanto meno ingannevole. Comunque, il ragazzo presente nella mia ultima visita (quello tatuato) è davvero in gamba: bravo!!!
