Pur avendo prenotato con una settimana di anticipo, quando sono arrivata al negozio, nonostante avessi precisato alla prenotazione che dovevo andare ad un matrimonio, mi veniva comunicato che la titolare era stata male e quindi non c'era. Mi sono dispiaciuta per questo ma mi è stato anche riferito che la lavorante non era in grado di soddisfare le mie necessità e che non aveva tempo per acconciarmi e che quindi il mio appuntamento era annullato. Nonostante la mia rimostranza sulla necessità di essere servita mi ha detto che aveva già altri appuntamenti e che avrebbe fatto quelli ma non me. Non ha neanche provato a venirmi in contro anche solo "aggiustandomi" per l'occasione ed ho quindi dovuto andarmene da dove ero venuta. Riperto mi dispiace per il problema della titolare ma non mi è piaciuto il comportamento.
