★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servo di questa lavanderia oramai da anni..anche per lavori di sartoria, e sono sempre stata più che soddisfatta, soprattutto per la gentilezza ,tra l'altro sono ragazze sempre sorridenti e solari, cmq avendo lavorato per 15nel campo del commercio mi sento libera di esprimere un mio parere personale...che Indipendente dal lavoro che si svolge alla base di tutto c'è sempre l'educazione da entrambe le parti..e anche un sorriso da parte del cliente con costa molto..ma significherebbe solamente educazione.
 I have been using this laundry for years now..also for tailoring jobs, and I have always been more than satisfied, especially for the kindness, among other things they are always smiling and sunny girls, cmq having worked for 15in the field of commerce I feel free to express my personal opinion ... that independent of the work that takes place at the base of everything there is always education on both sides .. and even a smile from the customer with a lot of costs .. but it would only mean education.

Avevo già avuto prova che non fossero in grado di dare un buon servizio quando mi hanno consegnato un piumone ricoperto di peli e capelli. Quando l’ho fatto notare la giustificazione è stata che nei cestelli delle lavatrici è possibile che si formi un accumulo di peli. Vero, è possibile ma al cliente si devono rendere i capi puliti e non pelosi. Lo hanno rilavato.
Concedo un seconda possibilità e nell'estate porto 3 maglie. Mi vengono riconsegnate piegate, appese sulla stessa gruccia e coperte da nylon; a casa le ripongo così nell'armadio. Quando ai primi freddi prendo una maglia mi accorgo che la manica aveva un filo tirato e un buco di circa 2 cm. Torno alla tintoria e lo faccio notare alla commessa che prontamente controlla all'interno del capo se fosse presente il loro tagliando numerato. Non c’era e quindi mi ha risposto che non poteva farci nulla.
Son assolutamente certa che non ho rimosso il loro tagliando, probabilmente quando si sono accorti d’aver provocato un danno l’hanno rimosso sperando che al ritiro dei capi al self-service non effettuassi alcun controllo.
Sono 30 anni che lavoro in una società commerciale e ho imparato che il cliente va trattato con riguardo, rispetto e onestamente. Commettere errori è umano e normale per chi lavora, non riconoscerli e far finta di nulla è vergognoso.
Cambiate lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 27/04/2021 ho portato una giacca, un pantalone ed una camicia presso questa lavanderia, o quel che è, per effettuare lavaggio e stiratura, senza purtroppo vedere prima le recensioni.
La giacca ed il pantalone erano stati appena acquistati, quindi con il classico odore non molto gradevole di NUOVO. Niente, ritirata oggi, 29/04, e l'odore è lo stesso. Praticamente il lavaggio non è stato fatto (cosa letta anche in altre recensioni), e se è stata fatta un pò di stiratura (non da lavanderia decente) è già un miracolo.
Concludo col dire che se volete lavorare, lavorate bene, senza fare i furbi con chi lavora onestamente!
Ho messo 1 stella perchè mettere 0 non è possibile!
On 27/04/2021 I brought a jacket, trousers and a shirt to this laundry, or whatever, to wash and iron, unfortunately without seeing the reviews first.
The jacket and the trousers had just been purchased, therefore with the classic not very pleasant smell of NEW. Nothing, withdrawn today, 29/04, and the smell is the same. Basically the washing was not done (which is also read in other reviews), and if some ironing has been done (not from decent laundry) it is already a miracle.
I conclude by saying that if you want to work, work well, without being smart with those who work honestly!
I put 1 star because putting 0 is not possible!
