Il personale è sempre molto preparato nel consigliare. Con la tessera fedeltà si possono accumulare punti ed avere buoni sconto anche importanti. Parlando con altre persone che conosco all' interno della galleria Auchan,sono venuto a sapere di aver fatto confusione sui protagonisti di questa situazione. Spero di non aver creato un pasticcio. Come ho scritto nella recensione precedente,le commesse sono sempre molto carine e i prodotti hanno un ottimo compromesso tra il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ma invece poi ci sono loro le gioiellerie (nn tutte sono così) Partiamo con il negozio sempre pulito ed ordinato cosa molto importante! I prezzi nella norma .. Ma.quello che merita le 5stelle sono il personale (premetto non so i nomi delle ragazze)ma tutte gentilissime , Pronte nel farsi carico della tua richiesta (anche se e dell ultimo secondo) nel consigliare il prodotto giusto nonostante fosse meno caro dell altro scelto!!! Ecco cosa significa passione e dedizione al lavoro ???? Consiglio vivamente !!! Ps. Dopo un'ora di utilizzo si è rotto..mi sono recata in negozio per un cambio,ma visto che ormai erano trascorsi gli otto giorni,ben 15 giorni, non hanno voluto effettuare il cambio. Un braccialetto da 10€ lo possono solo mandare in assistenza e ci vorranno 60 giorni probabilmente..bella figuraccia...io col destinatario del regalo e il negozio con il cliente. Uno si reca in negozio pensando ad una assistenza superiore, ma purtroppo non è paragonabile agli acquinsti on line che permettono il reso gratuito, rimborso e sostituzine I bought a bracelet to give away.
