If you like organic wine this is the place to be ! Good price for value. Atmosphere is amazing, waiters are nice and everything you eat here is bio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic little place, was recommended by a friend that lives in Florence and this is by far the best place in Florence highly recommend. The team were super helpful and fitted us in without reservation but the place gets busy super quick so book in advance best place to it in. Pasta was super fresh and lovely starters leaves you super full and happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful restaurant with great pizzas but for some reason they forgot how to make classic Italian dishes. The tiramisu forgot to soak the lady fingers and were rock hard. The lasagna was more of a meatloaf.

Nothing better than eat good food and hear good music, specially a Jazz Lover as me (old jazz from 20's-40's) and have a staff that makes you feel home. I went to SimBIOsi for the first time 3 years ago and i always recommend my friends that go to Florence to go there. My best experience in Florence. To come back. Always.

The place was fully booked, but the lady who greeted us, spent a good 2-3 minutes trying to find a way to accommodate us, which I really appreciated. We ordered a pizza each, and it was truly delicious. Great ambience and really yummy pizza! Definitely recommend
