Dopo qualche giorno uno dei 2 rubinetti ha iniziato a trafilate acqua dalla cartuccia. Ovviamente scrivo in assistenza, con allegato foto, per poter effettuare il cambio ma mi rispondono che devo Smontare il rubinetto e portarlo da loro x controllo Assurdo!!! Sollecito ma metteno in dubbio che sia un loro rubinetto e che quindi non procedono con la sostituzione. Pessina assistance, rude and incompetent !! Purchased 2 x sink taps as one of mine was leaking.Received and assembled all right. After a few days, one of the 2 taps started drawing water from the cartridge. Obviously I write in assistance, with attached photos, in order to make the change but they answer me that I have to disassemble the tap and take it to them x control Absurd !!! I ask but question whether it is one of their taps and therefore do not proceed with the replacement.

Poco personale, che si fa in quattro, ma nonostante questo, sono comunque lunghi i tempi di attesa. Troppi gli spostamenti di Sede. Prima a Senago poi a Limbiate ora a Incirano... Per trovarli diventa una "caccia al tesoro" ... Resta ovviamente il vantaggio del prezzo.... Due stelle, ma solo per questo. Quando e arrivato il pacco l'ho aperto e il tubo led era nuovo mentre l'alimentatore era guasto, ovvero non dava tensione in uscita...ho notato subito che c'era qualche problema siccome l'alimentatore era annerito...ho contattato più volte Silamp sia via mail che via telefono ma nessuno risponde.VERGOGNATEVI....sono riuscito a riparare le luci, sostituendo l'alimentatore, ovviamente a mie spese.Non acquisterò mai più nulla da loro e nemmeno farò una buona pubblicità.... basterebbe poco per offrire un servizio migliore ma sì vede che non hanno bisogno di lavorare......
