★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PERICOLO! Una stella perché 0 non è possibile. Ho acquistato molte (con il senno di poi, TROPPE) volte da loro ma l'ultima, settimane fa. Acquisto per pranzo due tranci di focaccia farcita da asporto e durante il pranzo mi sono forata lingua e graffiata il palato con questo pericoloso pezzo di plastica tagliente e appuntito, un evidente residuo di una posata di plastica rotta o di un contenitore per alimenti. Fortunatamente l'ho rigettato subito e fortunatamente non è successo a un bambino. Ovviamente li ho chiamati e contattati via mail ma senza esito. È assurdo
DANGER! A star because 0 is not possible. I have purchased many (in hindsight, TOO) times from them but the last one, weeks ago. I buy two slices of stuffed takeaway focaccia for lunch and during lunch I pierced my tongue and scratched my palate with this dangerous piece of sharp and pointed plastic, an obvious remnant of a broken plastic cutlery or food container. Luckily I rejected it right away and luckily it didn't happen to a child. Obviously I called and contacted them via email but without success. Is absurd

What about the very friendly and kind staff and they make you feel as if they have known you for years.
