Il fornitore mi ha liquidato dicendo di contattare un elettricista privato mentre gli altri elettricisti mi hanno risposto che erano in ferie. Alessandro mi ha subito risposto e a distanza mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema. La sua disponibilità e la sua prontezza mi hanno veramente ben colpito e per questo lo ringrazio oltre a consigliarlo vivamente. I contacted Elettrobit after calling the energy supplier and several other electricians. The supplier dismissed me saying he contacted a private electrician while the other electricians told me they were on vacation. Alessandro immediately answered me and helped me to solve the problem from a distance. His availability and his readiness really impressed me and for this I thank him as well as recommending him warmly.

Quando li ho chiamati, ci siamo accordati per l’orario ed il prezzo. Il tecnico Alessandro è stato cordiale e preciso. Mi ha risolto il problema ed ha fatto tutti i controlli che servivano. Non sapevo proprio a chi rivolgermi e mi sono affidato a Google. Alessandro, che aveva probabilmente già capito quale fosse il problema, mi ha detto che mi avrebbe aiutato via telefono, facendomi risparmiare l'uscita. Sono molto soddisfatto del risultato finale,del prodotto e soprattutto della professionalità del personale.Sicuramente motorizzero' anche le altre in quanto il beneficio è notevole e non si vedono più quelle brutte cinghie. Ultimo il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto interessante. I have motorized 6 shutters, 3 of which are French windows.
