Inviano materiale errato: ci è capitato di ordinare dei prodotti trovandoli sul loro sito internet (codice ed immagine corrispondevano alle nostre necessità), ma ce ne hanno inviati altri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco seri, ordine eseguito incertezza assoluta sull'appropiggionamento dei prodotti acquistati. Il loro sito prima riporta che la ricezione dell'ordine arriverà dopo un mese, poi dopo un paio di giorni, in seguito dopo ancora un mese. Lasciate perdere, pessimi!
Not very serious, order executed absolute uncertainty on the appropriation of the purchased products. Their website first reports that the receipt of the order will arrive after a month, then after a couple of days, then after another month. Forget it, bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono anni che acquisto da loro, impeccabili sia nella consegna sia nella qualità del prodotto,è ovvio che devi sapere cosa stai acquistando le foto del catalogo vista l'enorme campionario dei prodotti non possono corrispondere al vero articolo ma alcune volte è l'articolo più vicino come caratteristiche. 4 stelle perché i prezzi non sono sempre convenienti.
I have been buying from them for years, flawless in both delivery and product quality, it is obvious that you need to know what you are buying the photos in the catalog given the huge sample of the products they may not correspond to the real article but sometimes it is the most close as features. 4 stars because the prices are not always cheap.

Mettono descrizioni ed immagini di un codice articolo, ma ve ne mandano un altro. Quando si segnala il problema dicono che l'immagine era a solo scopo illustrativo (?!). Non contenti, non ci sono nemmeno venuti incontro rimborsandoci. Ci hanno costretto a pagare l'articolo errato e per di più abbiamo dovuto sostenere di tasca nostra le spese dell'intervento tecnico presso sede del nostro cliente, perchè l'articolo era errato ed il cliente non ci ha pagato l'intervento. Anche se glielo abbiamo fatto presente più volte, siamo stati costretti a pagare caro questo loro errore. Ci sono tanti ottimi fornitori online, molto seri, che forniscono ottimi prodotti e che lavorano onestamente. Non ci è mai successa una cosa simile, non curano il cliente e sono molto maleducati.

They put descriptions and pictures of an article number, but send you another. When they report the problem they say that the image was for illustrative purposes only (?!). Not happy, they didn't even come to meet us and refund us. They forced us to pay for the wrong item and moreover we had to bear the cost of the technical intervention at our customer's premises, because the item was wrong and the customer did not pay us for the intervention. Although we have pointed this out to him several times, we have been forced to pay dearly for their mistake. There are many excellent online suppliers, very serious, who provide excellent products and who work honestly. Never before has such a thing happened, they don't care about the customer and they are very rude.
